But, Treasure is just like his father, Pastor Elijah that does not like to waste a time on a soul. ‘He that has an ear, let him hear the golden message of the Lord’ said Treasure to his friend that told him that Christiana would not buy into his idea nor the advice. Many a time, Treasure would fast and go on his kneel in his room on a silent prayer for Christiana not to go astray, but Christiana always eat three square meal being oblivious of someone praying for her emancipation from satanic spirit. Her obstinacy and stiff-necked attitude as a result of the flattering from people grows every seconds. Her parents were too busy than a manager of a bank. They never had a time to even go through her notes to confirm if her performance is commendable or woeful. Christiana’s parents care about what to eat, what to wear, how to send money across country to Christiana’s brother, William, studying medicine and surgery in USA (United State of America), how to import and export sales etc.  Few years later after Christiana succeeded luring boys into her trap till she finished his secondary school studies. She thought of going further in her education and she had sit JAMB many times and gained admission into the University of Lagos where she was privileged to study Mass Communication. Her initial dream was to study Law, but she had to change her mind to study Mass Communication that a Chief lecturer who is her father’s childhood friend worked on for her. Few days after Christiana’s arrival on campus, many young adult lecturers knew her by name while 40% of the students in her faculty fell in love with her beauty and intelligence. As a point of fact, Christiana’s beauty is beyond comprehension. She seems to be fully and specially created by God on the seventh day God oughts to rest. Almost everybody on campus knows Christiana by beauty and not by name. One of the prove she hold on to as an undeniable fact about herself is the fact that anybody that want to talk to her without being commanded call her Beauty.  Ezekiel, Christiana’s secondary school first suitor could not make it into the University of his dream to run the program he had been dreaming of since his formative age back in secondary school. (Staring at the ceiling with his back on his small bed) ‘The tuition Nigeria universities swallow is not what I can pay for myself without my parents’ assistance’, he said to himself. His parents hardly make end meets and they could not raise the money he requested to obtain JAMB form. He therefore, decided to take security job nearby bank through his friend to raise money for the following year JAMB form and to save some money that could at least sustain him through 100L in higher institution of learning. After one and a half years, Ezekiel resigned from the security job to get fully and adequately prepared for the upcoming arduous task waiting for him on campus. His name was among the admission first batch list released by the University of Ibadan. Ezekiel knew that, studying Law in the University of Ibadan is no joking matter. Ezekiel knows full well that he is from a middle class family, and he still want to give everything a try. He often say to himself, ‘The reason to live gives reasons to die. If I have to live long because I want to become a famous barrister, I have to die for being a barrister then’. He was not sure if his parents could help him financially, but he was sure that his savings will push him through 100L. Ezekiel often appear as one that knows his onions in front of anybody that consult him for knowledge in his department. In point of fact, Ezekiel’s popularity does not end only in his department. Almost everybody on campus knows him for his high sense of humor, his God’s given gift and the level of his IQ. Campus is full of lazy students, students from wealthy families, students from the middle class, students that are highly endowed with knowledge, students with no future ambition and of course students that are into a cybercrime. The lazy ones and the students that are into cybercrime often visit Ezekiel in his hostel for a help on their project, assignment and seminars. The brilliant had no choice but to monetize what he is proficient at. Throughout his 100L studies, he never lack anything, not even financially.  One of the professors at University of Ibadan was appointed to attend a meeting at University of Lagos as a representative. He must go along with at least a student. There is no need to vote before getting the brilliant student to follow the professor. Ezekiel is always the right person for such a great outing. The representatives’ meeting at the University of Lagos commenced at 10 O’clock on the dot in the morning in one of the school halls. The meeting supposed to be called quits at 01 O’clock, but one of the students that followed each of the representatives had to speak on behalf of all Nigeria students. Ezekiel voluntarily stepped on the podium to be Nigeria students’ mouthpiece. ‘I am up-and-coming lawyer, a 100 and a half level student of the great University of Ibadan, he said. All the representatives laughed out loud at his diction and grasp their bottle water to quench their thirst and grasp their seats again to enjoy the boy’s intriguing speech. I will permit you all to call me without any payment, Ezekiel Ochua. ‘It seems everybody should call his wife or her husband to lock the gate and go to bed. This young boy is einvigorating us right now’. One of the representatives said. Christiana was close to the venue of the representatives’ meeting. She walked close to the hall to confirm what she heard. She was not sure if the voice and the name she heard boomed on a speaker from the hall. Seeing Ezekiel on a podium facing the embodiment of knowledge was the last thing he could think of. She waited for couple of hours outside the hall to speak with Ezekiel. Unfortunately, Ezekiel was ushered by the representatives into the car he and the representative from the University of Ibadan brought. Before the day was out, the representative from the University of Ibadan got a bank credit alert for Ezekiel as a gift. The representatives sent him some money to appreciate his electrical performance at the meeting.  Christiana tried everything possible to have Ezekiel back, but all steps taken for a solution prove abortive. Her hostel mate knew she has been recently emotionally disturbed. She asked her to confide in her and tell her what the problem is. Christiana told her that the students that spoke at the representatives meeting today was her secondary school suitor she loved. The hostel mate advised her to search his name on f*******: if he is on f*******: she will definitely get connected again. Christiana did not even wait a second, she picked her cellphone up and search the name ‘Ezekiel Ochua’ on f*******:. Fortunately, Ezekiel used his picture on f*******: and that made it easy for Christiana to get. She sent a friend request to Ezekiel and the friend request was of course not declined. It was accepted four days after she sent it and her message was replied with ‘Greetings and Salutations! Kindly call me on 08061****72. Thank you’.  Out of sight is out of mind and some things should better remain in distance than coming close. Christiana broke up with his current boyfriend on campus because of Ezekiel. Christiana became a worrywart and started giving every other persons that come to her to ask her out a cold shoulder. A thought came to her that her hope will be efficacious. She was perplexed and know not if she should be optimistic or pessimistic. To clear the iota of doubt, she picks up her cellphone to call Ezekiel and before dialing a digit, a strange number appear on her cellphone. She answered the call and waited for the caller to talk. She prang up as she heard Christiana from the caller. She knows how Ezekiel do pronounce her name.  On the phone, Ezekiel only asked her questions to know her well-being and little talk on how he made it to the level he is. After few hours on the phone, an important call came on Ezekiel’s phone and he had to drop Christiana’s call for it. ‘Let us talk later, Christiana’ he said.
