Chapter 1~ His Point Of View

It's her. I felt it, I felt her near me. She doesn't even look royal or rich. Why did the god's have to match me with her. She's clumsy for pete sake. I wonder what my father would say if I bring her back. "He would say she'll do" Carter said snickering at my thoughts. That's right Vampires can read thoughts and since I'm half vampire I possess traits from both my identities. Half Vampire Half Wolf.

Carter is my best friend, my man in waiting you could say. Also my body guard. From the very day he was born he was born to serve me. The Sebastians family has a long history of royalty. I can't let some human girl from the city ruin out reputation. what does she know about etiquette. My mother hates humans for what they did to her twin sister.

Sarah was a beautiful red head with bright green eyes. She could light up any room with her smile. She was playful. I remember when my aunt would take me from royal classes and teach me how to play pranks on my father. 300 years ago they kidnaped her, she fell in love with a human and he betrayed her. All I can think about bus why my current perfect girlfriend isn't my mate. she's so... so.. perfect. Royal and Beautiful, but I could never love or protect her around my mate. "It's okay, Val" Carter said feeling my emotion. "We'll get through this." reassuring me. "Thanks Carter." I'm a bit sensitive inside despite the rumors of me being mean and cruel to girls. I just couldn't get my mind off of her. I could tell she was a freshman because she didn't know me, everyone at this stupid college knows me. It's mixed with Humans, Vampires, Witches, Wolves, and Pixies. The humans are assigned to the creatures here. The more popular you get the more you have. Think of it as a pet.

No one tells the humans, What college this is. kinda like false advertising. Each year the royals get humans information and send them random acceptance letters. No one has left this college and back to their family to tell think it's a trick to get maids and butlers, and depending on the situation a snack. I walk into the class room and see Kendra face light up.

Kendra is my beautiful girlfriend I was mentioning earlier. She has a caramel complexion, with shirt wavey black hair, nice rack of boobs, and the biggest booty I can find. She's a wolf. Alpha blood at that. She hasn't found her mate yet, but she plans to reject him or her anyway for me. Since she has alpha blood she's allowed to reject and get a second chance unlike betas and omegas. Loosing a mate is the most painful experience ever if you're not royal or alpha.

She smiled and ran across the room when she saw me. " Hey carter, Hey baby" giving me the sweetest kiss ever. I grabbed her and pulled her in for a tight hug. I guess she could sense my emotions a bit and smell a human on me. "What's wrong babe" she asks giving me a puppy face. "Nothing really this stupid freshman girl fell into me being clumsy." I replied "she better watch her back, no one bothers my man" I won't lie kendra knows how to make my ego bigger.

"Our teacher quit" I heard someone say from across the room." I guess it's a free period to do what we please" someone else said. "Great" I sighed. I was thinking of her again. She was beautiful nothing I've seen before. The prettiest human I've seen. With proper training and a new wardrobe she could outlook kendra. I shake the idea out of my head again carter laughing at me. I don't know what it is, but I'm going to make her pay for coming here. I'm going make her my maid.

Royals get first pick on which human they want. "I think it's about time to meet the freshman" Carter said. " I think so too" kendra and Macy said at the same time. Macy is Kendra's hot best friend. At least Kendra has taste in her friends. Macy is a Royal Witch from the east. She's a blonde with thick hips and a pretty face. She's a bit shorter than kendra. We enter the auditorium and already I smell her.

The principal began to speak.

" Freshman, you were selected to become maids and butlers to the royals. I apologize for the inconveniences but trying to leave here will result in death. Don't be foolish. when your name is called you will be paired to your owner. Contact outside of here is forbidden. Anyone caught with electronic devices will also result in punishment. Good luck and Enjoy your new life." When he called her name I knew she would be paired with me. This made Kendra upset. She was very jealous. I almost feared for this girl if she did anything stupid like fall in love.

" This isn't fair" I heard kendra thoughts. She walked up to my mate and I felt defensive for a second. "If you try anything, and I mean anything swear for help me I will rip your head off. You got that." Kendra said "Yes ma'am" my mate responed. "What's your name?" I asked her. "It's Jade" she replied nervously. "Welcome to hell" I told her joking around

I was going to show her a great party later. Kendra grabbed my hand and we walked back to our royal house with Jade and marquess Kendra's new butler following behind. "This is it, Go to your rooms marked with you name and I'll address your welcome and duties later I tell them.
