Chapter 70

Malhotra Mansion:-

When Harshad entered into manik's room, he didn't understand what to do or what to say to Manik, by seeing manik's condition ..he never in life expected Manik to be a lifeless condition.

Harshad:- Manik.

As soon as Manik heard Harshad voice he tries to cover and erased his tears.

Manik;- hey Buddy.

Harshad:- hai ..when did you come.

"Just now ..it's so late, I think you need to sleep". Manik said

Harshad: let's talk for a while.

Manik moved towards the corridor and looking at the stars and moon everything is as usual to expect him.

Manik:- hmm..so finally Mr.Harsbad  going to meet a girl.

Harshad;-  am not ready, I am so far away from such things..I don't know much about a girl...I never thought about a girl.

Manik: just wait and watch buddy .." one day you'will meet a girl who will talk about the world as she 's lived a thousand lives and she will see things in such a different perspective that you will question everything you know .she will describe things in words you have never heard but they sound so beautiful ( tear escaped from his eyes ..as he remembered their conversation and smiled lifelessly ) that you will look them up and start using them yourself .she will be curious and have the wonder of a child and the phrase " curiosity killed the cat " will take one a new meaning .she will   bring out a passion in you that no one knew you had and she will make you feel make you feel something you have never felt .she will hide her face when you see her with her hair up and no makeup and your voice will catch in your throat because she looks like the most beautiful woman in the world .she will act little crazy and ignite fire in your bones that burns so bad it makes you run for your life ..but don't don't you dare ..stare at her even if she is so bright it burns, holds her close even though you are terrified that if you touch her the wrong way she will break ..( he looked at Harshad ..) you now Harshad she makes you feel vulnerable and it will scare hell out of you .you are not used to being out of control .

Harshad placed his on Manik shoulder

Harshad:- are you giving advice or you are saying about my sister.

Manik looked at him for a second turned another side.

Harshad:-  if Nandini rejects you ..what you will do ? Will you move on.

Manik:- ( smiled crazily )  I can't force my feelings on her .." she is the best emotional part of mine...I can't even try to get out of her ... hmm, how could I explain  .... mr.doctor, I will say in your language " did you ever realise how much your body loves you? I mean it's always trying to keep you alive, that's all your body has to live for your body is making sure you breathe while you sleep, stopping cuts from the bleeding, fixing broken bones, finding a way to beat the illnesses that might get you. your body literally loves you so much in the way the loving her make me alive ..I can't stop myself loving her, because she is part of mine, no one knows the Nandini the way I know her ..she can't be with anyone the way she will be with me. I am dam sure that , she can't put out of some fears out, in front of anyone..not even you , her tears always belong to mine to make it turn into the smile..she can't stop being this..even I can't stop myself and her the most worst and the most best phase tangled with Manik Malhotra forever , no one change this ...not even her .

Harshad hugged him immediately.

Manik:- I am okay Harshad ..give me space .. please ...I need little space to become normal it doesn't mean I will move on ..but I don't want to be broken down now.

.Harshad: but Manik .. listen.

Manik:- goodnight. ( Little stern voice )

Harshad:- pov such an idot..arey at least he should give a chance to others to speak right but...No!, Nandu is right " he is a real monster he left as Manik didn't give chance to explain him.

Manik early morning left to the office ..and cabir went to the Malhotra office directly from the airport.

Manik's cabin;-

Cabir:- whats wrong with you we can come together in morning right, what is the need to come here as soon as work is done in Punjab and that too without informing me.

"I have an important work ..so it's emergency to be here" he tried to cover up.

Cabir looked at him Doubtfully

Manik:- ha ..I forgot to inform you we all are going to Khurana 's party.

Cabir:- is it for Harshad.

Manik smiled and said;- obliviously.

Cabir:- okay then, I am dam tired i need a rest, bye.

Manik:- bye.

Manik trying to be normal mostly busy in his work.

Hospital :-

Harshad:- so have you talked with Manik.

Nandu:- nodded as .. no! I am not understanding how to talk to him.

" You won't get any help from my side..I am saying you ..I don't want him to see in pain" Harshad warned her.

"Bhai please".

He is not in a position to listen to anything Nandu, he is just ignoring everything and trying behave normally even though broken inside  ...it's your punishment baby ..get everything your self.

Nandu:- aiyyappaa.!!!

Mr.khundra and Mrs Khundra welcomed Dhawan's  Malhotra 'd Murthy's Thakkar's vedanth's grandly and also fabulous sparkles.

Rishabh Murthy:- where is Soha ..!

Meanwhile, Soha comes their and joined with them and introduced themselves.

Mr.khundra:- i thought to fix it as get together a party so I invited only very close ones.

Harshad looking at Soha and thinking.

Cabir asked Harshad;- did you like her?.

Harshad:- no yaar ..it's not like that, I have seen her somewhere.

Manik:- acha...where.



Harshad:- that's what I am thinking.

Nandu comes here

Nandu walked towards them along with Mukti Aliya ..and Mukti, Abhi is talking with Soha.



Nandu looked at Manik who is looking at her.

Harshad:- Nandu have you seen Soha anywhere?

Nandu:- I have seen her somewhere..I don't know exactly.

Meanwhile, mrs.kundra comes there

Mrs Khundra;- Harshad, Soha is waiting for you in poolside..I think you both have to discuss and announce your decision.

Harshad walked towards the poolside and Nandu also followed Harshad.

Manik rolled her eye and pulled Nandu aside by holding her wrist.

Nandu:- Manik!

Manik:- Nandu it's not college or hospital to roam around your bhai.

Nandu:- arey Manik you don't know it would be fun.

Manik: fun seriously.

Nandu:- held his hand...and dragged towards them..and hidden near the pillar.

Manik:- nandu ..listen it's not good to listen to their personal talk.

Nandu: usssshhhhhhh don't talk ..just wait and watch!





Harshad:- hai I am Harshad!

.Soha:- hai. ( Said nervously ) .

Harshad:- hmm did I know you...I mean did we meet anytime, I have seen your somewhere.

Soha:- yaa ..even I am thinking the same.

Soha looked at Harshad as she remembered something.

Soha:- are you studied in the Banglore?

Harshad: yaa.

Soha:- you were my senior  I joined in the  same college where you studied and you raged me

Another side

Manik:- seriously Harshad and raged about to laugh she placed palmed his mouth and signalled him to be silent.

Manik nodded as yes.

She smiled and taken back his hand.

Pool side :-

Soha:-  I am soha .!!

Harshad said with excitement oh god !! Poha! I Never expected we will meet again.

Soha started crying like a kid loudly.

Nandu suppressing the laugh and Manik too

Harshad:- please don't cry! If anyone has seen us like this they will miss understand us..tell me why are you crying?

Soha: on that day also you ragged me the same way, you called me as Poha ahhh...

Harshad: seriously! You consider that ragging it's just i didn't listen to your name properly and by mistake, I said Poha for that you considering that was ragging.

She said in between the cry because of this incident only, I left the college and you scared me so much why did you come again ..I don't want to marry you.

Harshad:- listen ms.poha ..even I am not interested to marry you

Soha: again you are calling me pohaaa!!! Ahhh...

Harshad:- okay Soha..can you stop crying.

Soha:- why are you shouting on me.

Harshad:- ahhhhh mummy,!!!  I can't take it any more

He stamped his foot and left the place..leaving Soha in shock

Nandu and Manik looked eachother face ..and suppressing their laugh.

Nandu:- shall we go for a ride.

Manik and Nandu comes out from the party ..and gets into the car ..and looked at each other and burst in laugh.

Manik driving the car ...and she looking outside from the window...

And reached to the fabulous sparkles place.

Manik about go into Malhotra mansion.

Nandu: mani.

Manik:- raised his eyebrows asking what.

Nandu:- nothing ..! ( She about to go ).

Manik:- I will be in the garden, can you bring coffee?

Nandu: nodded as yes!

After a few minutes, Nandu .comes with coffee.. and handover the Manik and sat beside him.



Both are sat, silently without uttering any word.

Manik about to get up to go.

She held his hand.
