The Unforgivable Mate Curse (long story ongoing)

Elder Natasha - Protector of the 4th and 5th Night - Part 1

P.O.V. Elder Natasha

Patrice walks with me until we reach Elder Christian room. I know he already knows I am at the house. We can sense other Elders, that is the way we found the new ones, we have a special aura, that no one else as. She knocks on the door, and we do not get a response. She starts to fidget, and I notice she is uncomfortable in opening the door. I then go for the knob and open it, looking at her. “He knows it’s me don’t worry. You can go now.” She bows and leaves.

“Hello old friend how is you doing?” I sense him moving in bed. His hand comes in view, veins showing, and is skin sinking in it. “That bad!” I walk near Him.

Once I get closer, he looks at me, fatigue in his eyes. I help him sit up. “Did you get any sleep at all” In a small voice he asks, “What time is it?” Tiredness all over his voice. “Breakfast is over.” He tries to move in bed. “I sleep 3 hours maybe.” My face much show concern. “That much is not enough for you. Rest more, I am here now.” I approach is headstand. “Natasha.” He looks straight in my eyes. “Yes?”, “I need to teel you something.” His voice almost a whisper. “Later my friend.” And I started to help him get comfortable to sleep.

Chant “The light that comes in our souls. By the Moon Goddess moonlight, that is warm, that is calm, that relaxes, may it help you sleep.”

“Sleep well my friend. Orb of light, may your light guide Elder Christian in is sleep, and help him recover.” And small orb appeared near the head of Elder Christian, and its light was being absorbed by the now sleeping Elder.

“There will be one day where I cannot help anymore.” I look at him sleeping soundly. I then exit the room and put a sign that said no disturbing.

Looking around, I started going down the way I came. Better to ask directions to Brielle room than to get lost in the house. And while I was thinking. “Elder Natasha.” My wolf purrs. “Well I know who it is now.”

I look behind me, and that big muscle body came in my view making me gasp. He had taken a shower so is hair was all wet. He had a tank top that made justice to his muscles, most like it was glued to them, making my eyes follow every curve in is upper body. And some black jeans with some rips in the front, making it look casual. “Y-Yes.” He smirks at my difficulty to say a simple word like yes. “Would you like me to take you to Brielle room?”

‘Yes, take to everywhere you want’ My wolf purrs. Making me blush hard. I never blushed. I am and Elder I always maintain my blank face. Usually I am around packs in destress, but this man…  “dammm” Cough “Yes please if it’s not too much trouble.” Winks passing me by. “It will be my pleasure. “

I follow him to the room Brielle. ‘That ass’ Wolf purrs.  Now I must deal with a horny wolf, perfect. But yes. I took a glance. Those jeans made is ass perk up. “OHHHHH Elaine. I’m going to kill you. I bet she did this on purpose”, ‘What? Put this hunk in my view, so I can eat him completely’ Wolf, ‘Really. You p*****t wolf’ She was making it hard not to notice him. ‘What is not my fault you want to remain pure when we don’t even have a destined mate’ Wolf spats ‘You know why’ I remind her. ‘Yeah yeah true love thing. And because of that I can’t even get laid, with that mouthwatering ass s******g…’ Wolf rambles. ‘Ok stop it’ I had enough of her.

I did not notice that in this conversation between me and my wolf, I had stopped and was completely gauging him. And that he already had stop. But did not spoke anything. His smile was almost ripping his face looking at me. “Like what you see?” I woke up and checked that I was drooling. ‘OH My good! You took over while I was talking to you’ I spat at my wolf. ‘What? I like what I see. And you were not paying attention, so just for a while. I wanted to see through my eyes not yours’ Wolf says like it was normal.

I composed myself and look at him. The amusement in his eyes, while he was waiting for an answer. “I am not here to eye eat you. Where is Brielle room then?” He just gave a victory smile. “We arrived at it about 5 minutes ago. But you seem so immerse in ‘eye eating me’, that I did not want disturbed you.” The blush thing again.

‘Really? Five minutes drooling like an i***t’ I spat to my wolf. ‘If you want next time the five minutes will be on top of him’ Wolf says. I cut the link and walked near the door.

“Sorry. My wolf took over for a moment.” I say in the lowest voice I could master. “I do not mind your wolf eye eating me. Maybe one day you will let me see her.” I forgot Alpha earing. Wolf purrs and jumps up and down.

Opening the door, he led me inside the room. The windows where open to let the air change. The room was clean, and smell like flowers. I was impressed. It seems a normal young girl room. I have seen so many Cursed child rooms, that it was hard to believe that the girl in the bed, was not a normal young girl. Then I saw her air, cut short, and silver. I walked closer to her and touch the forehead. The light in the ankles responded to me. “Good to see you to, Ashriel.” I talked to no one.

“She will be asleep for about 2 more hours. Can you tell me what was been her routine?” I felt my Elder voice, reminding me what is my duty. “Sure. Let us get down. Lunch is going to be served, and after we can all put you up to speed on the routines.” He felt it to.

---- Nighttime

The day was well spent. I help in some of the routine they had with Brielle so that I can involve in helping. I occasionally went to feed the light orb of Elder Christian, he sleeps throughout the day, sure was tired. But his colors where coming back. By dinner time he was already capable of coming down for dinner with everyone. He still had to have someone with him to help him up, and to be sure he did not sway in the stairs. But his hands where back to normal. He keeps telling me he had something to tell me. But I told him to rest this night, and tomorrow when he is better, to tell me everything.

Around 10 p.m. I told at the table that Brielle was waking up, and we all got up, and went to her room to help. They were in shock the first time I did that after lunch. And the brother that was with her, mind link them saying the same. But after the routine, I explain. That my ability of healing also could predict when they will be good, or in her case, when she will wake up. It’s not 100% correct. The correct is that I can communicate with her wolf. I am the Moon Goddess sister, so I have that power. I can also mind link however I want. But I do not use that power unless it is really needed.

I help with giving the last bath of the day, to give her food. Saw how Chadrick picked her up genteelly and put her in bed, and Vicktor, covered her up. I saw so much love in their eyes and Brielle being so careful around her. Her body as lost a lot. We could start to notice the bones around her ankle and pulse, it was not bad. They have tried everything go give her food, so it is maintaining her body. But I knew that the way the body was is because of her mind and her wolf resisting the night. Even with our help, the children’s bodies always undergo a lot of stress. Sometimes even after they do not resist. Is a human body. Regeneration is always slower.

I stood beside her. Chadrick will be with me for the night, just to make sure I was going to be alright. My wolf loved that it could spend more time with him.

“You know, the last two nights will not be so hard since I will be healing her.” I told him, still looking at Brielle. “Never be too careful. If you need help. I will be here.” Confidence in every word. “There is a guard just outside.” I remind him.  “I know.” He growls lowly. “We do not need him if I am here.” I ignore the comment, and the growl, and my lovesick wolf purr every word, and concentrate on Brielle. “Hope she can ease your pain Brielle.”

Chant: “Orb of light, may your light guide Brielle in her dreams. And help her come back to us.” A small orb appeared near the foot of the bed.

And at midnight the murmurs started. I think Chadrick never stayed the night near her. I know that in the day she does not speak. When the dreams started, he jumped in a protective stance. “Relax Chadrick. Is normal for them to talk. Hopefully, the conversation is good this time.”

As usual we could not understand a single word. From time to time I could see the orb flashing, reacting to the wolf. “Why the light is doing that?” I did not know how much they knew. “How much did Elder Silvanie explained what is going on with Brielle?” He sat and looked at me. “She told us she is cursed. Something called the Mate Curse.” I ushed for him to continue. “That is correct. What else?”, “That she needs to leave the pack once she awakens.” His jaws clench. “She will need to stay hidden, from the Witch Minions. It’s better if she comes with us.” He screams, “NO” I look at him eyes widen. “Did he just yell at me?” I try to maintain my calm, not even my sister yells at me. “Why not?” I use the must cold tone I have. “We are her family. We will protect Brielle. We already told Elder Silvanie. None of us, not even my mate’s brother, will ever let Brielle leave.” I widen my eyes at this. We Elders will need to talk about this, she needs special training. Only us and the Moon Goddess Warriors can give. ‘Remember he is a Moon Goddess Warrior’ My wolf says.

 “She will need a special training that only us Elders can do. And to also protect her body, she needs to train with our Warriors.” He got up. “She can do those things here.” I move my body to be in front of him. “No. Here she is vulnerable.” He took one step closer to me. “Are you doubting my packs warrior’s? Do you forget we just send about 50 warriors to the Plainfield Pack, to help them train? We can protect our little sister.” I try to reason with him. “This are not normal supernatural beings. They are from the shadows. Every corner that there is a shadow of the dark, they are there. Only the Moon Goddess Warriors can help fight them.” His eyes show disbelief, like I am telling a lie just to get my way. “Moon Goddess Warrior’s? That is a myth. The Moon Goddess cannot be evolved in the matters of the humans.” It got to my nerves. “Well tell that to my sister.” I spat. His eyes widen in confusion. “Your sister?”,“Sh*t Sh*t Sh*t” I cursed myself.

Then my right wrist starts to glow the symbol of the Moon Goddess. A door appears in Brielle room. Chadrick stands in a fighting position. The door opens and a Man comes thru it, with a body armor. Once he is in the room, he looks at Chadrick, then at me, and delivers a scroll. I pick up the scroll and them he goes thru the door. Still looking at Chadrick, gives a small smirk at him, and goes back closing the door.

“What was that???” Chadrick in total disbelief, looking at the same spot a door once stood. “That is the Master Guard of my sister.” I say casually while untied the scroll. “That was a Moon Goddess Guard?” I did not respond since it was an obvious response. I open the scroll. Yes, my sister loves the scroll thing. And started reading it:

“Dear Sister Guess who??? Is the Moon Goddess Elaine. Your beautiful younger sister.” I roll my eyes before continue reading. Still the same hair head. “Seems your tong slip, and you just told someone who you are right, right? You know the consequences of that. But since I was the one putting that delicious wolf in your way. I will forgive you.” That gets another eye roll. Really, I knew she was the one behind this all. “I will need you help with that one. He is a stubborn, that refused to go the Elite Guard School. His excuse was that he could be near is family, so he never passed the Elite Guard test. Even his guards have done that test. That is why I need you to perform the test. You know since you are my sister, and the Commander of the Elite Guard. You are the only person that can do the test on him. And since you already split your guts to him, train him tomorrow. And make him do the test before the last night. He will help you then.

“That…” Breathing slowly to catch my patience on. “What is on it?” I put my hand on the bone of my nose.  “Sister stuff. I will tell you tomorrow.”

The orb start blinking extremely fast. Brielle starts debating in bed, like if she was running. I start the chant. Chadrick goes near her head, preventing her to hit the bed with it. And after almost two hours, she relaxes, and her breathing becomes steady. I look at her and notice her chest up and down. I could see the sweat, on her and myself.

Chadrick looks at me, and his eyes widen. “You better take a shower. I will find you some clothes.” I look at him in confusion.  “Why?” Then I look at the full body mirror beside me. Because of the sweat, my dress as became see-through.

I put my hands around my chest and dash to the bathroom. I think my blush may have gone over my whole body. I listen the door open, and Chadrick talking to someone. Then it closes again. There was a knock on the door: “Do you now here the towels are?” I have been helping so I knew. “Yes, I do.”, “I am going to fetch some clothes.”, “Okay.” That is all I could say.

And once I heard the door again. I took off my clothes and jump in the shower. I cannot believe my dress was see trough. Because the drive was long about 3 hours, and the car was hot, the heater was warm. I dress a summer strap dress, white with butterflies around it. It was all the way to my knees, so it was not inappropriate for the occasion. I should have changed it for the night.

I am in the shower when I listen to the door again. Then a knock on the bathroom door. “I got you a sweater and some exercise pants. That you will be more comfortable the rest of the night. I am going in just to put them on the bench near the door.” I just put my arms around me. He cannot see me because of the shower screen. “O-Okay.” I stood still while listening to the door being open, and a few seconds after closed again. I sign. I was holding my breath. what was I expecting? ‘You wanted him to come in the bath with you and r****h you’ Wolf speaks with I know tone. ‘Don’t be a p*****t’ I spat.

After the bath I pick up the towel and started to clean myself. I then looked at the bench and saw a dark brown sweater, with a logo on it, and a green army exercise trousers. “Do I own this? I do not remember having something like this.” When I pick them up, his smell is all around the clothes, making my wolf purr. I smirk at myself. I liked his smell. I put the sweater on, and then I look and saw boxer shorts… I blush at the thought of wearing is boxers. But I did not have anything else to wear. I put the boxers up, put a lace on them. Them the trousers. Now I smell completely of him. ‘This is going to kill me’, ‘And Me’ my wolf ads.

I come out from the bathroom wearing his clothes. He was sitting in the bed near Brielle head stand, cleaning the sweat. When he sees me. I never saw a smile so big on anyone face. “You look good.” I blush.  “You could have asked the maid to get some clothes of my designated bedroom.” Since I had to stay here. After what they saw happening to Elder Christian. I was put on a room. “Yes. But I would miss the possibility of seeing you like this. Perfect.” Is there a way I can blush more? I look like a tomato.

After I recompose myself. Got to the end of the bed and continue feeding the orb that had a small light already. I then remind me of my sis letter. “Chadrick. I need to tell you something.” He looked at me never leaving Brielle side. “What?” His voice was soft. “The letter I received from my sister was also about you.” His eyebrow got up.  “About me?” I leave my eyes from the orb and look at him serious.  “Why did you not go to the Elite Guard School?” He continues looking at me.  “How do you know that?” I walked closer to him. “Because…” When I was near him. “If you had gone to that school. You should have this on your right wrist.” And I show him the Moon Goddess Symbol. “What do you mean?” Looking at my wrist.

“If I tell you, that there is a better way for you to protect your sister. Would you trust me?” I continued looking at him, I needed to see his eyes. To know he trusted me. “Even if you do not know it. I already trust you with all my being.” He said looking up at me, and straight to my eyes. I got my hand down. And started walking back to the orb. “Then we start training at first light.” His eyes widen. “Training??? What???” I look behind to him my voice now determined. “I am an Elite Royal Guard. I need to train you what you missed. Since you did not go to the Elite School. And make you the Elite Test.” His face was at lost. “You train me???” That made me want to tease him.  “What, afraid to get beaten up??” I lift an eyebrow at him. His spirit got fired up. “You’re on little bird.” Then he got up and told me at my hear. “I would love to see that body of ours bellow mine.” Then he walked past me and the door. Winked at me and told me… “I will come back in the morning for my training.”
