After the refreshing call with Cleo and Andy, I had to take a quick nap and rest my bubbling thoughts. I felt tired, but just enough to crave sleep.
As soon as I walked into my room, ready to retire for the day, my eyes caught something on the bed. I smiled recognizing the mirror placed in our bedroom.
I took slow strides towards it and picked it up from where it lay. As soon as my image appeared on the reflecting glass, it vanished bringing forth Royanna.
“You could have face timed. Technology actually exists.” I said to the mirror, sending a small wave to Royanna. “Miss me much?” I asked.
She scoffed, “Oh please Leah, don't be so self-absorbed. You are not that special to miss the very next day. Takes years.” She teased with a small smirk.
