THE NEXT DAY

After having three hectic classes in a row, Abby and I decided to stop by the cafeteria for lunch.
The menu was different from back home and meals containing meat were lesser.
*Do they sell steak? Or blood sausages?* I signed, also picking up the menu to show her what I wanted wasn't on the menu.
It's only been two days away from meat, but it already feels like months. The thirst to have some just keeps growing, which is strange. Back home, I barely had time for food, but I knew this wasn't just my craving; it was my wolf's. Even though I don't seem to feel any harboring spirit, I am well aware that it's in there. Waiting to burst out of control and ruin things for me.
