Lips pursed she paced back and forth in front of the door, thinking over everything — if she deserved to even be here. Halting in front of the door she stared at her friend slowly slip herself out of the room. “Is she okay.” she asked anxious — if anything happened it was on her and no one could tell her otherwise, it was her fault. Smiling Amber fully closed the door. “She is awake, a bit weak she lost a lot of blo— but she’ll be just fine.” she assured her friend. Taking a few steps forward she placed a hand over her shoulder, then patted it gently. “Thanks Amber.” Payton mumbled meeting her gaze a sad smile on her face. Walking past Amber she gripped the door knob about to open it but Amber’s voice stopped her. “Hey Payton!” Turning towards her friend she furrowed her eyebrows.
