 " You should probably wear something that actually covers you up before you go." She calls out to me.

 "Oh please,you've seen me naked more times that I count.Why are you telling me that now?"

 "Athena,I'm serious!"

 I look back at her and roll my eyes,continuing my way out of her room.

 "Deal with my behind,just like you always have."

 I enter the living room and stop dead my tracks when I see someone sitting down on the couch,watching TV.

 "Intruder!"Is the first thing I yell as I run to the  kitchen to grab a knife."I'm armed,stay away!"

 I hold the knife in front of me and watch as he stands up,my eyes widening when I see who it is.

 " L-Landon? I-I wasn't aware that you were back."

  He looks at me over and I watch as his face becomes red,while he loosens the collar of his shirt. "I,uh,just     arrived this morning.I heard about your parents and,um,my brother-like instincts kicked in and I came to be   here for you."

 My eyes trail down to his left hand and onto the wedding band securely around his ring finger,feeling sadness   engulf me as I look down.

 That is when I notice the way I'm dressed, and I instantly redden as I pull down my crop top as far as possibly   I can,grinning awkwardly towards him.

 He looks down at my chest and tugs at his collar even more,clearing his throat.

"I can see your bra now"
