The following morning, sun started to play hide and seek through the dark clouds that now seemed gloomy to everyone. The rain refused to budge, it slowed down but continued with the shower moderately. Everybody was disappointed and had started to feel miserable. They just wanted to go home, back to their families.
Since there was no electricity, people stuck at home were craving to step out of their houses. Those who were stuck somewhere outside, the hellishly cold weather was killing them slowly. There was barely any mobile phones, which still had active batteries, most of them were dead long ago. And even if it did have even a single bar, there was no guarantee of the telecom network would still be working.
