Bo relished the number of delicacies that were cooked by her mother each day. When Boston said, “I missed your mother’s cooking,” Bo realized that she had missed her cooking too. Not just that, she had missed spending time with Annie. The fights between Annie and Boston. The look of tenderness and adoration in her father's eyes. She also remembered back in that day, when he had hugged Echo awkwardly and cried before she had left home to shift into her apartment. Though every time she spoke to him after that, all Mr. Holmes told her how proud he was of her and how important Bo was to this family.
If only she would have appreciated their efforts sooner. Things would have been different and perhaps Bo wouldn't have been deprived from the feeling of a family for so long.
