Our road trip home was amazing. I loved every second of being with Colton. It made me realize I was right in wanting to just marry this man.
Before heading home, we stopped at Susan and Charlie’s house. The backyard was already set up for the wedding and the barn closest to the house was set up for the reception.
“Susan, everything looks amazing.” I said as tears ran down my face.
“Oh honey don’t cry, we still have so much to do.”
“ OK, what else do we need to get done?” I honestly had no idea. I had never been that girl that thought about weddings and I had never been to one myself.
“Tomorrow you and Colton will need to get your wedding license and my son wants to get married in jeans.”
