Set boundaries and dedicate time to talk to Allah. Learn to forgive, repent and guard your heart. Do not stress your mind, just pray and know that Allah has planned everything.
One day you will look back at the most difficult time of your life and smile at how you went through them with your head held up high. How you grew through experiences because even though Allah had you face grief and hardship, He knew from the beginning that you were able to survive through it; He has promised not to test any of us beyond our abilities.
