Ashley immediately stopped screaming as she heard Levi’s conversation with the producer in charge of the new movie of the Usher's firm, which she was to start shooting for by the weekend.
“Yeah I want Ashley Lambert to be replaced with Khloe Humphrey for the new movie and that's final,” Levi stated. His lip curled at Ashley.
“I won't have you do that to me! I earned that role through how excellently I acted in the movie that'll premiere tomorrow night. You can't take it from me!” Ashley yelled, her hands thumping against Levi's chest repeatedly.
“You can't take the role away from me even if I'm an actress signed under your entertainment firm. I won't accept it! I won't step down for Khloe Humphrey! never will it happen!” Ashley’s hand slammed against her chest thrice as she spat on Levi's feet.
“Go and argue with the dogs Mrs Usher,” Levi rolled his eyes as he casually opened the door for Ashley to go out.
“Of course I'll leave,” Ashley huffed, swaying her hips as she walked out.

Camera lights flashed from every corner of the red carpet as different journalists and reporters were striving to interview.
Her porcelain leg which was exposed in a high slit gown that melted perfectly into her red dress stepped on the floor and the crowd went wild.
She twirled her wavy blonde hair backward as she stepped down fully from the car and waved at the crowd which went into a furor again.
“Mrs. Usher, can I interview you briefly please?” A mic was thrust towards her chin.
“Mrs. Usher, your skin is flawless and your acting and modelling skills are unmatched.” another chimed in.
“Mrs. Usher, is your lipstick from Dior? They look good on you and may we interview you?”
“All these will be after the premiere, cupcakes,” Ashley smiled warmly. Her hips slid her dress along her legs as her security paved the way for her to go in.
Ashley felt all eyes on her as she entered the venue and it wasn't the eyes of admiration nor was it love.
“Oh poor girl. She got cheated on immediately after she got married” an actress laughed, her fingers pointing at Ashley.
“Even with all her beauty, shape, and skills she couldn't keep a man,” another actress added, her laugh rattling through the hall.
Ashley slowly turned with her heart hammering against her ribs. Her fingers trembled at the sight she turned to.
She saw Levi Usher kiss Khloe after which he pulled out a chair for her to sit in front of everyone.
Ashley’s knees almost gave way but she quickly pulled out a chair and sat down.
Tears enveloped her gaze “I'm being disrespected and humiliated by people who wouldn't dare hold my hand without my consent all because of Levi Usher.” Ashley sniffed in a cry.
“Khloe is such a b***h. Even after bagging the Usher's chairman, she's still cheating with a lowly actor that isn't even recognised in the industry.”
Ashley's head snapped up. Her eyes bolted in the direction of the sultry whisper.
Ashley quickly took out her phone as she saw others staring at theirs.
Ashley's lips curled upward as she saw the pictures of Khloe tangled in another man's arms in a bed.
The blue lights wouldn't hide the fact that the man wasn’t Levi. With just a bra covering her upper body and the blanket covering her lower body while kissing the guy.
“Levi, can you listen to me please? This is the work of people who are envious of me and do not want us together,” Khloe ran after Levi as he stormed out of the venue.
Ashley stood up and left too.

“Ma’am and sir old Mrs. Usher would like to speak to both of you and it's very urgent, please come to her building” the Butler conveyed to Ashley and Levi as soon as they got home.
“After you,” Levi said.
Ashley came to an abrupt halt. Her neck turned towards Levi to see if he was as surprised as she.
“Brother!”Levi's usual calm composure crumbled as he ran forward, throwing his arms around the young man with a drip attached to his hand who was a replica of him sitting on the couch.
“Logan… how are you?” the young man sitting on the couch asked Levi Usher weakly.
“Hold on a minute. What on earth is going on right now? Why is this man referring to Levi as Logan and why are they so identical that you can't even differentiate between them?”Ashley’s gaze flickered between the two men, her pupils dilating in a desperate search for an answer.
“Ashley, this is your real husband Levi Usher, whose identity you got married to,” Old Mrs. Usher dropped the bombshell as she pointed towards the young man on the drip.
“What!”Ashley exclaimed, stepping back with her eyes searching old Mrs. Usher's face frantically to know if she was pulling her legs.
“The real Usher chairman who is sitting here was involved in a fatal accident five years ago and has since been in a coma. He miraculously woke up from the coma recently” old Mrs Usher dropped another bombshell as her eyes keenly observed Ashley's facial expression.
“Logan Usher whom you got married to has been the one living as him for the past five years to prevent his position from being coveted by the other family members and also to maintain stability in the family businesses.”
“Logan is the younger twin brother of Levi Usher whom the world hasn't seen and doesn't know about, he was taken to the Netherlands immediately after I gave birth to him and only returned secretly five years ago” old Mrs. Usher spoke calmly as she walked up to Ashley and held her shoulders.
“Ashley, my mom has told me a lot about you. I… i’m so sorry you're only getting to find out all this now” Levi Usher spoke weakly as he held his chest.
“It's alright, don't stress yourself. I think you should go to your room and continue resting. We’ll talk about all these when you recover completely” Ashley quickly ran to Levi, an arm around his shoulder and another on his forearm.
“I just hope this act is convincing enough to Mrs. Usher,” Ashley thought as she helped Levi up from the couch.
“I need to get through to Don Orton real quick before he makes a deadly mistake” Ashley panicked. Her heart slammed wildly against her ribs while taking Levi to his room with the doctor's direction.
