9 PM. After a hectic day in office. On a call on way back.
Nandini : Hey, how was your day?
Manik : It was hell tired. I think I am just gonna sleep, even the maid didn’t come. Probably there is nothing for dinner at home.
Nandini : Please eat and then sleep.
Manik : Anyway, how are your applications going on? Do you need my help in editing essays or resume?
Nandinj : No, you are tired. I will do it on my own.
After reaching home. Doorbell rang.
Delivery boy : Sir, your order is here.
Manik : I didn’t order anything.
Delivery boy : Yes sir. Someone named Nandini did.
Manik : Thank you very much.
After finishing up the meal, he called his lifeline.
Manik (sounding energetic) : Thank you sweetheart. You are amazing.
Nandini : Did you also eat the dessert or kept it in the fridge?
Manik : Yes I had it and it was good.
Nandini : I’m glad. :)

Nandini (Dialling him) : Hey, why didn’t you sleep early? You were so tired.
Manik : Yes but I am tired like this on every working day. I know you are worried about your applications a lot.
Nandini : Yes. But…
Manik : Don’t worry. I have made few changes. Check them and send them to universities.
Nandini : Thank you so much dear. I love you.
Manik : Love you too, hon.
