"You are beginning to frighten me…" Genevieve spoke as she pulled herself from bed, allowing her slip to follow behind her as she took small steps backwards until her back came to the desk riddled with stained maps and odd trinkets from every port from Europe to Asia. The chime of metal against metal could be heard as Crow pushed her further against the desk until she was practically one with the wood and forcing the trinkets to collide and fall to the ground.
