As if time seemed to stand still for a moment, Crow found himself in the core of a mariner’s worst fear; a sinking ship. Knowing the chances of survival would be slim to none in a storm such as this, the captain was looked to for guidance to try and save the lives that he could. Although a secret to those around him, Crow had only cared for one life and this one life had looked to him with complete devotion as an unintentional partisan. Despite their differences in the recent past, they were both in a current situation of forthcoming despair as the water was far too vast to survive in for long. If the water would not bring their fate upon them, it would then be what lingered beneath its turbulent surface that would claim their lives without remorse as they would then be pulled to a watery
