Vivienne's POV “Thank you so much, Kathy. I truly appreciate this,” I said, finally dropping the call after minutes of begging her to understand my long list of excuses. I knew Kathy wasn't the easy type, so I had to prepare in advance. She didn't disappoint me by trying to be stubborn, but I'm glad we came to a clear conclusion. I have to be in the fashion academy from morning until 2 PM for my class, and I can't afford to lose my job either. I thought of a way to balance both well, and I needed Kathy to understand that I would need a permanent afternoon shift.
