As Zaire's popularity increased in the company and he showed more and more potential, the angrier Nathan got, and the more the shareholders that were on his side panicked.
"We have to do something quick. Unless the company would slip from our hands, and go to a stranger that has not been with us since the beginning."
They converged and discussed while having dinner in elaborate restaurants and hotels.
"We cannot let the Chairman's grandson take over the company!" They said "if he does, then Managing Director Nathan would make sure we go down!"
However, they could not deny Zaire's potential and they decided that the only way to make Nathan stand out as Zaire, was for him to make incredible progress in one of the firms that was not doing so well.
