Zaire stopped and glared at Vanessa who was giggling and nudging Kace as though she had just said something really smart.
The other students echoed her words, laughing with derision and looking at Zaire at the same time.
"My God, we all know Zaire can't afford to leave his next job. How will he get hus next meal?."
"Will he even be able to get a drink if he attends the party?! Lol."
"Like seriously, he might even end up as one of the waiters tonight just so he could gain entrance! What a joke."
