Chapter Thirty One
As Nathan stood watching Zaire work in the supermarket, he could not help but wonder what makes him so special that the chairman decides to adopt him?.
He was just a struggling college student.
Or was there something else about him, that he ought to know about?
His jaws clenched and his eyes took on a determined look, as he took a step forward to confront Zaire.
"Sir, something just came up" Liam's voice interrupted his thoughts and he stopped, turning to look at Liam, anger etched in every corner of his face.
He glared at Liam as though, he just committed a crime by stopping him
Liam, however, stood his ground and he bowed slightly before Nathan.
"It's urgent, sir. Your immediate attention is needed" he said, once more, averting his eyes respectfully from Natha
