waking up , the day looks amazing , I think I just got the best night's sleep ever. hoping into the shower, I let the steaming hot hot water run over me . getting out and dried off, grabbing my workout clothes, then it hit me, I immediately smell bacon and eggs cooking away. running out of my room, mom and Uncle Miles are in the kitchen with a smile on their faces.

yes I'm starving then I'm off to do a little exploring find some awesome jog trails and find a kick boxing class you know me gotta stay on top of my game plus you can never be too prepared for anything that can happen. I say.

Wow Jade you know we teach some pretty intense workout training classes,we can do one on one or group also do partners it's very intense,you might want to check it out give it a try, I'll tell Shawn he teaches morning, and Blaine teaches afternoon classes. my Uncle Miles tells me.

omg yes, yes, i really need a class. I need to get this energy out and pent up stress gone, and I that's the only way I feel at peace is after a good, long, intense workout. I say to mom.

Heading out the door I let my heart find the way like it's never let me down so I run untill I find a path it looks worn like it's been used a lot it's got a lot of turn's and a few hills Im freaking loving it sensing something I slow down and take my ear buds out looking around I don't see anything but I have a feeling I'm being watched so I decided it was time to head back so I text mom let her know where I'm at and text Uncle Miles too just in case.making it home I check my surroundings and seeing it's safe and nobody followed me I go in grab a hot ass shower and get dinner ready for mom it's spaghetti night with garlic bread.. sounds yummy to me.

waiting for mom to get home, I think about turning my phone on and facing Levi ....but I end up not. Yeah, I chickened out .
