In a humble community where most youngsters fantasize about turning into an office laborer or farmers, one kid needs to appear as something else. This role provides an opportunity to learn about the inner workings of a school and to build relationships with students, faculty, and staff. The Student Assistant will also have the chance to develop important transferable skills such as communication, organization, and time management. ”There are many important skills for a successful Student Assistant, but some of the most important include: - Strong communication skills: A Student Assistant needs to be able to communicate effectively with their supervisor, fellow students, and customers/clients. - Organizational skills: A Student Assistant needs to be able to keep track of their own work as well as the work of their team. They need to be able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Interpersonal skills: A Student Assistant needs to be able to build positive relationships with those they work with. They should be able to resolve conflict and provide support when needed.” Anna found a new family and friends in school and a guy named "Noel" a student assistant also. All started from 1st year until 4th year in college. Relationships can provide the necessary emotional support to help a student cope with the pressures of school and/or work. However, balancing a committed, romantic relationship with academic and occupational demands, can often lead to a conflict of roles Most studies agree that there is a significant correlation between the quality of personal relationships and academic performance; positive relationships can predict good academic performance, while those ridden with conflict can predict poor academic performance. Although they inspired and boost their determination in studying it has also negative effects; having lower grades for the reasons of forgetting to review/study their lessons, often misses classes and no longer active in class because of prioritizing their relationship and they are more focused on their partners. Anna and Noel continue their relationship as they both study while working at school The romantic relationship provides an opportunity to learn how to maintain intimacy relationships and build positive self-concept, and thus, it has a positive effect on growth of interpersonal ability. Sometimes relationships are a close connection between two people, especially one involving romantic or s****l feelings. Love can be a distraction, you focus your priority on a relationship more than school and family. It really all depends on your partner if you are in a stable relationship you have your partner for support. If you're in an unhealthy relationship things could go wrong. Mentally you are not focused on the right things. But the bad news was Anna's parents died due to a stroke while they were in the middle of the farm because of the high heat index that affects the Philippines. Interpersonally, bereaved students may struggle with difficulty communicating with those who do not seem to understand or want to know what they are going through. The bereaved may become less emotionally available to their family and peers, leading to further social withdrawal and isolation. Bereaved teenagers experience worsened mental health, in- creased aggression, and an increased risk for self-harm. The research in this literature reviews, supports this, and further emphasizes the negative impact of losing a parent on teenagers mental health. Children who have lost their parents can constantly fear losing the people they love due to the loss of their parents at an early age. This can lead to them being wary and not completely trusting someone to be in a relationship. This can also lead to a sense of isolation and loneliness. Anna affects this time of her life but Noel is always there to help her. Specially she have three younger sister to help with. Now that their parents were gone. Only Anna can help them despite of everything that happened. Don't worry, this is a natural part of grief. Your brain is on overload with thoughts of grief, sadness, loneliness and many other feelings. Grief Brain affects your memory, concentration, and cognition. Your brain is focused on the feelings and symptoms of grief which leaves little room for your everyday tasks. How do Anna survive losing a parent? Anna give herself 20 minutes everyday to grieve alone in a safe space, Mourn, cry, allow yourself to feel your grief fully without holding back, and then try to move about your day as you otherwise would, doing your job, schoolwork, or taking care of home or other responsibilities. This could appear to be unimaginable for other people, however for Anna, nobody can stop a decided visionary. "Assuming you need something sufficiently awful, you need to chip away at it. Empty your heart into anything that it takes." In any case, before she tasted this sweet piece of life, Anna needed to confront the vulnerabilities of her fantasies and the inquiries she still couldn't seem to work for, "I was only a basic ranch young lady in Leyte.
