After that, Mason and Jordie decided they needed to arrive home at different times. The Wisp had the loner reputation so he would stay behind in the woods and give Behemoth time to “jog” back to The Compound. In truth, it would take Mason longer to fly back on the air currents than the direct jumping technique of Jordie. As the Wisp, Mason became lighter than air and floated more then flew, although Mason could direct where he went and adjust some for speed, but he would never be a speedster like the younger twins Speed Demon and Speed Devil.
