TRINITY’S POV Present… There was light beyond my closed eyes, blooming spots of color that penetrated the darkness shrouding my mind. I wasn’t sure if they were caused by the sun or artificial light, and my lids weren’t cooperating with me enough to open them and find out. There was pain- in my head and twisting low in my stomach- and an ebbing and flowing sense of awareness. Yet, no matter how hard I tried, I just couldn’t seem to flip the switch.
