Ajax pulled up the car to the side of a deserted road. Beneath the dark sky and the fuzzy brilliance of twinkling stars, he narrowed his eyes and scrutinized the surrounding area. He made sure no one followed him as he strode down the checkered footpath, wondering about millions of things in his head.
