The
rest of the week I do some sketches of the first posters, and I note some ideas
for the videos, even though it will be up to the true professionals to give
them life. I also review a hundred potential candidates to embody the new faces
of the brand—a grueling job. I must make sure there is nothing in their
statements and lives, which can harm the image of the company. Some values
aren’t negotiable, and I don’t want to leave this work to someone else. This
campaign is mine from A to Z, and I intend to make it a success.
