The Savior

Marni finally awakes from her sleep to found out that she was in a strange room, with white colored wall, on a comfortable bed… The smell of disinfectant makes her realize where she was about….

She looked around, and she saw, Martha, looking tired and a little pale, was sleeping at a comfortable sofa in the room, wearing a little wrinkled, light blue colored, satin pajama…

Marni can see dark puffy eyes present on Martha’s tired, swollen face, that tells her that the woman was sobbing…

Her naked face, although still pleasant to look at, makes the woman looked older, especially because her hair was unkempt….

Marni can tell that her mistress stays with her all the time, and never leaves her side….

And it makes her cry, to see such sincerity, such love, comes from the woman….

Her sobs make Martha startled and quickly approached her maid…

“Mar…. Are you okay, sweetheart…?” She said, sitting next to the girl, and dab the sweat off the girl’s forehead, as she presses the button and have the medical team check on her maid’s condition….

“Babe…. Marni has woken…. Yes…. Getting better…. Yes…. You can come…” said Martha over the phone with a relieved tone, like a mother who was happy to have her daughter feeling better, and called her husband who is eager to see her condition as well…

“Johan will come, Mar…. Can I leave you for a moment…? I need to freshened up…. I’m smelly…” She said, tries to break the ice, which makes Marni smiles a little, while Martha enters the bathroom of the VVIP room at the hospital….

Which makes Marni feels a little guilty for making the family spend quite a fortune to make her feel better, because the treatment that she has, already makes her feeling a lot better and only has a little feel of uncomfortable left….

Marni blush as she saw Johan brought flowers and hampers which was attended by his welcoming wife….

“How are you doing, Mar…?” Asked Johan sincerely…

“I’m fine, sir… Thank you so much for helping me…” She said, feeling embarrassed by the kindness given by the family….

“Don’t say that, Mar….” Said Martha, hushing her maid from that thought, as she sits at the chair by her maid’s bed…

A moment of awkwardness presents when Brandon and Diana enters the room, and the girl hugged the maid, weeping and sobbing….

“Sis… Oh, Sis…” She sobs, rushed and hugged Marni, with all her weight, making the maid winces, feeling a little uneasy from the pain…

“Dee… Take it easy…. You’re squeezing her….” Said Martha that makes Diana embarrassed, and reluctantly releasing her hug off the girl, and gave a pouty look towards her mother, which makes Marni can no longer hold her laugh….

“Jay… Here… Come…. Marni is better already….” Said Martha who saw Jaya at the door and welcoming the driver, who also look worry, to come and see the girl….

Marni feels happy by the presence of the family, but there is something missing…

So, braving herself, she asked her mistress when only them both left at the room, and Marni notice that Martha look seem to lost in thought….

“Ma’am…. Where’s Adam….?”

And Martha burst into tears….

“No, ma’am…. Please… I wanted to see Adam….!” She said sternly which makes Martha finally gives up, and after consulting the doctor, allows Marni to leave her room in a wheel chair, with IV bag still dripping its liquid to the girl,

And escorted by Martha, they enter another VVIP room, which just next to hers….

“Adam found you being roughed by that bastard….” Said Martha, sobs as she explains that their intense intercourse, Adam wants to grab a drink and hears the struggle…

“That crazy gardener grabs a scissors and stabbed Adam with it…. Luckily Adam managed to knock that bastard out, before he shouts for help….”

Marni feels her tears flooded her face, she cries so hard as she saw Adam was still sleeping from the drug given to sedate him, and to see the wound plaster that cover his right chest, his arm, his right hip, and what worries the girl is the one stab at his shoulder that so very close to his neck….

His critical time has pass, Mar… Now we only have to wait for him to wakes up…” said Martha with her weary voice, since she has to take turns checking on both of them which obviously makes her very tired….

“Ma’am… I want to stay here….!” Said Marni, whose stubbornness pops up once again, which makes the hospital allows her to stay on Adam’s room and tend to the young man.

“Now, it’s your time to take the rest, Ma’am…” I will take care of Adam…” said Marni, despite the fact that she too still under doctor observation and still need to take her own medication.

She so focusses, taking care of the young man, she doesn’t realize the jealous gaze Jaya gave her, after he knows that she moves to Adam’s room, and started to get annoyed when he saw Marni feed and tend Adam, who gradually recovers….
