Logan began moving around the property over the next few days, getting ready to leave and leaving copious instructions with his managers. He went up to the new house with Flick, returning revitalised and filled with excitement. “Flick’s done an amazing job,” he told Hana. “He’s awesome at project management. I kinda hopes he stays on when the house is finished because I’ve got heaps of projects I can trust him with.”
Hana smiled with grace and nodded in all the right places, knowing in her heart she wanted neither the house on the mountain, nor the staff unit in town.
