Chapter Twenty-Two Logan picked Hana and Phoenix up from the pastor’s house and took them for a late lunch in their favourite café on Victoria Street. “It’s nice being back in town,” Hana admitted and Logan snorted and knitted his brows at her. “Is this the woman who never wanted to come back to the school site and hates Hamilton?” he jibed, seeing the sulk descend over his wife’s pretty face. “Actually,” she flounced, her red hair bouncing on her shoulders, “I’m relieved I don’t have to make our lives work in the staff unit, which is no bigger than a shoebox.
