Demian carried his bag as he looked at his watch to confirm the time . He had a class by 8 am and it was already half past 7. He attempted to walk to the car where his driver was waiting for him , But the gate keeper announced the arrival of a visitor wanting to see him . He wasn't expecting anybody so , to avoid too much anxiety he ordered that the visitor should be let in .
Just as he tried guessing the visitor , Cassandra walked. Demian was visibly shocked and confused. He remembered vividly well that he had never given his address to anyone in school , not even. Cassandra , so how come she knew his house.
"Good morning Demian. " Cassandra greeted breaking into Demian's confusion .
" Good morning Cassie " Demian replied the shock still visibly showing.
" How was your night?" Cassandra asked as she walked over to Demian .
" it was fine " Demian replied , this time trying to hide his shock , but traces of the shock still lingered on his face.
" You look shocked and confused. " Cassandra asked.
" Of course I am shocked. How did you know my house? " Demian asked , letting his shock flow freely.
" ohh.... about that. never mind, I have my ways. " Cassandra replied brushing off Demian's questions.
"okk so what made you think of visiting? " Demian asked .
" I just felt that I needed to see and greet you this morning as a way of blessing your week ." Cassandra said .
" okk... That is very nice and thoughtful of you ." Demian replied .
" I really appreciate your kind gesture." He added .
" There is no point thanking me. " Cassandra said.
" ok... I actually had a class by 8 am and I think I have only twenty minutes left. Let me start going so that I won't be late , at least to escape harassment .
" ohhh.... yeah that is true ." Cassandra urged .
" you can accompany me if you want . " Demian added as Cassandra nodded in agreement.
" I want.....I will . ...." Cassandra responded in extreme happiness .
In the car, Cassandra looked at Demian with expectations. Demian looked at her and she turned her face immediately .
"Do you know that you are a handsome guy." Cassandra heard herself say .
Demian blushed as he looked at Cassandra. He never expected it to come at that time .
"Thank you . Though I have heard that a lot , I still appreciate your compliment." Demian replied as he held Cassandra's hand .
Thay soon arrived at school and Demian got out of the car . He made to leave but Cassandra stopped him .
" Can we have lunch today? " Cassandra asked .
"I'll be busy by lunch time . Let's have dinner tonight . " Demian replied.
" Okay I'll be waiting at the eatery down Ashley lane. The one you usually go to . " Cassandra finalized as she waved at Demian .
