Paul Holland gathered up the reports and miscellaneous paperwork he had used during the briefing and stuffed them all into a large cardboard file. Having gone through the reports handed in by the afternoon crew, he stayed back to brief the evening team, just to ensure that everyone was up to date on their missing-persons investigation.
