As Lucifer wields the Sword of Lethal Shadow he immediately searches for Jophiel to seek his revenge. After a while, he saw Jophiel together with Uriel battling the monster flies.
Lucifer immediately targeted Jophiel, with the lightning-fast speed he manages to hold Jophiel and threw him away. He then chases Jophiel and hit him in the back. Jophiel dropped to the floor unable to move, Lucifer then holds Jophiel and lifts him up
"Bow down to me and I shall show you mercy" Lucifer ordered
"I will never bow down to you" Jophiel answered
Lucifer is pissed so he punches Jophiel in the stomach then slams him to the ground
"I told you before Lucifer you are not worthy to be called Pride," Jophiel said as he slowly gets back to his feet
Lucifer charges Jophiel but an intense aura stopped him and a shriek was heard
"Now Lucifer drops on your knees and asks for forgiveness" Jophiel stands up and looks like nothing ever happened to him. His wings are burning bright like the sun and his aura is like a raging fire
Jophiel seems to overwhelm Lucifer with his power
"Lucifer snapped out of it. His powers are just for show. Now show him what true power looks like" the Spirit said
Lucifer then unleashed a stronger aura than Jophiel
"Now die" Lucifer pulls out his sword and charges directly to Jophiel
Jophiel intercepted Lucifer and their aura clashing together creates devastating shock waves
"Where did you get that sword Lucifer?" Jophiel asked
"It's none of your business" Lucifer answered
"Don't tell you to have two elemental fragments with you. Well, then I must not hold back. You may be called pride but your powers aren't superior to mine" Jophiel mocked
"Divine Aura materialize" then Jophiel's aura manifest into a giant bird similarly looking like a Phoenix
"Now Garuda kill Lucifer at all cost" Jophiel ordered then left
Garuda charges Lucifer with its talons but Garuda's speed is no match against Lucifer's speed. Lucifer slashes and stabs Garuda but its wounds just easily heal back
"What creature is this?" Lucifer uncertain what he is battling
"It is a Divine Beast which is said to be immortal" the Spirit answered
"How will I slay it?" Lucifer asked
"I don't know either. Try using your mind into it besides you are my strategist I am sure you will figure out a way" the Spirit motivates
Lucifer continues to attack while he diverse a plan. Unknowingly Garuda manages to cope up with Lucifer's speed and manages to land a direct hit.
"How is it even possible," Lucifer said while standing up.
Garuda launches an attack while Lucifer is off guard. Lucifer blocks the attack using his sword but the other talon hit him directly that almost reaped his left arm off
"Lucifer time to retreat" the Spirit ordered
"I won't, I will slay this bird first" Lucifer carelessly assaults Garuda. With a flap of both wings, a strong wind knocks Lucifer back to the ground
"This can't be it, I am the strongest of them all. I defeated God by myself so I can defeat this bird too" Lucifer said to himself
Garuda launches an attack towards the laying Lucifer. Then an intense aura knocks down Garuda. Lucifer's aura is raging like crazy
"That's it Lucifer feed me more your Pride. Now slay that bird" the Spirit said
Lucifer charges towards Garuda and pierced through its chest. Garuda dropped then Lucifer strikes again and again and it seems he slain Garuda. Lucifer's aura comes back to normal then a strike directly hit Lucifer's back.
"It can't be" blood pouring out for Lucifer's mouth
Garuda throws Lucifer up and chases after it. Lucifer battles Garuda in mid-air with an injured left arm. Garuda launches an attack with its talons. Lucifer blocked the first but the second hit him directly. Lucifer falls to the ground and Garuda chases after him. Lucifer tries attacking Garuda but it didn't land a single hit, he struck the ground, and Garuda it coming straight at him. Lucifer rolls over and somehow safely dodges the attack.
"Die you the bird" Lucifer carelessly assaults Garuda. Garuda dodges the attack and countered it by striking Lucifer from above. Garuda manages to land a direct hit and its talon pierced deeper in Lucifer's flesh until it was reaped apart and because of that, the Spirit was finally set free. The Spirit took Lucifer's helmet and sword
"Thank you for setting me free. Now it's time to pay you back" the Spirit said
The Spirit then cursed the helmet. The helmet turns into a huge eye
"Arise my pet, Dominator" the Spirit ordered
Garuda launches an attack towards my pet but with just a simple glare Garuda falls to the ground and it is unable to move. Garuda shrieked that was heard in a wide area
The Spirit wields the Sword of Lethal Shadow
Garuda can't handle the Dominator's power and it finally gave in. Garuda is now under Dominator's control.
"Now Dominator time to find the Archangels" the Spirit ordered
They went and search for the Archangels
Garuda then finds a target. It immediately launched an attack on Jophiel. The Spirit responded immediately and left its pet because it is moving too slow.
The Spirit then concealed itself in the shadows and waited for an opportunity to strike but it seems Jophiel already noticed its approach so the Spirit came out of hiding
"Nice senses you got there" the Spirit praised
"Thanks, what and who are you?" Jophiel asked
"I am the Spirit within each and one of you, I was here long before the creation of your kind," the Spirit said
"So you are God?" Jophiel asked.
"Yes I am a God but I am not the one you address to as Master," the Spirit said
"Well, then glad to meet you but now I must end whatever you may up to. Garuda attack that shadow" Jophiel ordered
Garuda didn't respond
"Ahh, poor Jophiel it seems your pet doesn't follow your command anymore. Well let me introduce mine" the Spirit shows off
"Dominator" the Spirit then looks sideways in search of something
"Looks like it hasn't arrived yet, sorry Jophiel but it is kinda slow, my bad. Maybe later but for now, Garuda kill that angel" the Spirit ordered
Garuda charges towards Jophiel. Jophiel evades the attack
"What have you done to Garuda" Jophiel seems pissed
"I didn't do anything" the Spirit answered
"Looks like my pet finally arrived" the Spirit boasted
"If you haven't done anything, then why is Garuda like that" Jophiel asked
"Beats me? but first Jophiel let me introduce you to my pet. This is Dominator, it controls anything using its mental powers, see your precious Divine Beast over there it is currently under the Dominators control" the Spirit informed
Garuda attacks Jophiel over and over again and Dominator slowly approaches Uriel. The Spirit hide amongst the shadows
"Garuda snap out of it, it's me Jophiel your friend" Jophiel tried reaching out to Garuda but it was too far gone
Garuda continues attacking
"I can't reach Garuda but why?" Jophiel seems worried
The Spirit peeked out from Jophiel's shadow
"Because he is not your friend anymore" the Spirit teased
Jophiel tried punching the Spirit but the Spirit but it missed. The Spirit concealed itself once more
"Maybe if I could just distract that eye for a moment, I may be able to reach Garuda," Jophiel said to himself
Jophiel attacks Dominator but the Spirit was there to stop him
"Not so fast Jophiel" the Spirit teased
Garuda attacks Jophiel behind his back and it directly struck Jophiel's back
"Looks like your precious bird is the one that is going to kill you" the Spirit teased
"You think so" Garuda lifts Jophiel and let it ride him
"How did you manage to break the grasp?" The Spirit asked
"Elementary my dear" Jophiel answered
"Impossible" the Spirit getting pissed
"While I block your attack I manage to disable the mind control bond cast on Garuda but it was ten seconds late that's why Garuda struck me. I almost forgot I might overdo a little the spell I cast on your pet" Jophiel then points out Dominator
The Spirit looked at Dominator and it seems its eye is closed and it's paralyzed
"Now Garuda attack that huge eye" Jophiel ordered
Garuda struck Dominator and its talons reaped Dominator's skin. Then a follow-up attack using the beak struck directly Dominator's core killing it. The Spirit quickly grabbed the Lightning Fragment and concealed itself from the shadow
"Show yourself!" Jophiel shouted
"I will be back soon and when the time comes you and every race will be lifeless," the Spirit said
The Spirit then peeked out from Jophiel's shadow
"Bye-bye" followed by an eerie laugh
