Chapter 6 - Omega and Ultima

The group camped off the road. The next day Sumith had disappeared again, and again all went unanswered, Iris, by the things she saw, was the most confusing of all, but could also be the most comprehensive. - I do not understand, what is going on? – asked Solphie. – Is it so dangerous for him to leave us out? - Maybe he just is not ready to talk yet. – said Iris. - We trusted him once and he did not disappoint us, so I guess it's okay to trust again. – said Thorgele.     They went on and took another difficult trail, so they spent three days on the trip, spending time waiting for Sumith's return and talking about their lives. Shayera and Solphie talked about the Kingdom of Lieben, curiously Thorgele was very fond of hearing about the continent, although he was there days ago, as if he had already lived in that place a long time, or perhaps in another life... John and Enghon talked about their travels with Arkan, of curious and comical situations, just as Thorgele, the foolish episode of the iced orange juice, told by the sorcerer, generated many laughter and curiosity. Iris, who was the most worried about Sumith, was thoughtful for a while, but soon surrendered and entered into the conversation, telling them much about her old home and life in the forest. By the middle of the second day they were approaching the exit of a small forest, when suddenly they met a strange woman standing on a fallen log, she had a mesmerizing beauty, like a young queen, fair-skinned, beautiful violet eyes, and her hair was black, extreme and beautifully long, reaching knee-high, but properly braided, wearing dark gray suits, but they were different, very different from the usual costumes of Tantus, and carried on her waist a beautiful sword bent in the shinobi style. Its pommel had the sculpture of a strange bird, and the blade was much longer than the swords of the mercenaries, so it did not wear a sheath, for it could become a hindrance in the struggle, instead it had a kind of tailored fit, where it was simply placed to remain securely secure and at the same time could be easily removed. - Could you tell me who gave you permission? – asked the woman, leaving all without understanding. - Authorization for what? – asked Enghon. - My name is Ultima, and this is my territory. – She looked very excited. – And I do not admit strangers here. - Sorry, we did not know. – said Thorgele, touching Shayera's shoulder and soothing her, she already had her hand on the sword. – If there is no problem, we are just passing through. - I do not like this woman... – Shayera said quietly to the shinobi. - There is always something wrong. – finished Ultima jumping on them with her sword.     Her attack was so fast that with a single movement she knocked them all away with only what seemed to be air movement, as if she were blowing! Thorgele was the only one who resisted, but in fact she had spared him, by chance Shayera hit her head on a rock and was unconscious, with the others out of combat she invested against the young shinobi. The battle was impressive and at the same time curious, Ultima's technique was strange and deadly, with powerful, precise and at the same time graceful movements, and her level was beyond what anyone could imagine. Thorgele was only able to defend himself with difficulty being unable to counterattack, while he recoiled little by little Ultima seemed to simply play and have fun with the opponent, the shinobi was beginning to understand that his defeat was inevitable until he could not understand her strange technique, and had not yet achieved. - Impressive, this is the first time anyone has been able to resist my attack. – Ultima said while attacking.     Still stunned, Enghon and John watched in astonishment as Iris and Solphie took care of Shayera, if Thorgele, who was so powerful could not react, little could be done, and to make matters worse, the strong sss was out of action. It was at this moment that John seemed strange, as if something took him from the seriousness, his eyes darkened darkly, and a power as strange and frightening as it began to emanate from him. The young thief advanced so swiftly that it seemed to have vanished and appeared in front of the enemy with only one step, while the dust was only lifted two seconds after his passing! Ultima found herself pressed back from John's tremendous speed and strength, but there was something strange, as if he had little or no consciousness of what he was doing. Gradually the sudden "awakening" of the thief was softened, and Ultima understood that all this happened unconsciously in fact, the advantage came back to her side when the shadows of huge wings darkened the sky, strong winds stirred the forest and the great warrior became alert, was when Sumith emerged from the middle of the trees, with Laguna unsheathed and attacking, Ultima defended herself, but still did not understand what she had seen. - Who are you? – asked Ultima. - Thorgele, John, who is she? – Sumith asked jumping to his friends' side. - Her name is Ultima. – replied Thorgele. – She attacked us for no apparent reason. Now Ultima stood before three brave opponents, two of them really intriguing, and was beginning to become dangerous to her. - I am going to retire for now. – said Ultima. – But open your eyes wide, for we shall meet tomorrow. Until then.     After the departure of the great warrior Shayera finally awoke still dizzy, in spite of the worry of Thorgele she was well, and all they met with Sumith, they were very glad to have him back in so opportune moment, much talked about what happened but little inquired about his second disappearance. No one had any idea who or what Ultima was, and for what reason did what she did, they only agreed that she was the most powerful warrior they had ever seen, but never heard of such a person, a person of that magnitude would never pass unnoticed by the rumors, impossible for anyone to know, and it was also difficult to deduce that she was in the service of the enemy, too strong to be a mere vassal, and would not play in battle if this were the case.     They spent an uneasy night, fearing some sneaky return from Ultima, but nothing happened, she was keeping her word, though they did not trust. Thorgele talked a lot with Shayera in particular after the others went to rest, both had already shown that they had a well-marked lighthouse for the danger, curiously he insisted that there was no connection between that woman, Kraven or even Zeijadel, but agreed with the sss about to have something unknown hidden there, until she finally slept, waking up some time later and seeing that he had disappeared from her side, for a minute looked worried, until she looked up and saw him on the tree branch meditating, for a few moments admired him there, that seemed like a good time to reveal feelings, under the light of the stars and moonlight, but could not create such courage, deciding to return to rest, and as soon as she lay down, she saw him coming down beside her and covering with his cloak, smiling and winking at her, Shayera did not say a word and almost hugged him at that moment, but again the courage was lacking. In the morning they resumed their journey, the whole trip was alert and the hours passed without anything happening, finally at the end of the day, they reached a rocky ground with a large clean area in the center, in this center there was a large rock, and in it was the great warrior, standing and already with the sword in hand: - It took a long time, your fear is bigger than I expected. – said Ultima. - Why do you do that? – asked Thorgele. - Because I picked a prey yesterday. – said the great warrior, jumping from the stone.     Showing that was just a warm-up, the real battle was about to begin. Only Sumith and Thorgele went ahead, the others were far away in anticipation, John almost could not remember what had happened to him the day before, perhaps from the fright they all received, or from the danger his friend ran, a subject that could be easily forgotten, and should for now, but he did not feel strong for that battle. Shayera's hands clamored for combat, she felt indignant to be left out of something like that, but for the shinobi's request she would be the final defense of the group if they failed, but above all she feared for the singular strength of the enemy, had no idea of what would happen if they were defeated, the sss feared for the first time in her life, a surprise, for she was trained to be cool and calculating, but not for her own life, she feared for her beloved sister and her dear little sister, for her now dear friends (yes, for Sumith too), and especially for Thorgele, for her the idea of losing him was unbearable, all she did not want was not to have the chance to reveal her love for him, even more this way. Sumith would fight, for he was a mighty guardian, probably the only one on the level of the enemy, and the shinobi asked to participate, could not feel any evil nature in her, her eyes showed a free spirit, there was no mistake, someone like that would never be next to Kraven, but then why the battle? The shinobi had reported as best he could on the enemy's technique, and so they began. Ultima was even faster and dangerous, this time she was serious, Sumith responded powerfully as did Thorgele unlike the last battle, both he and Lieben's young man possessed the rare ability to assimilate and adapt to any combat, so they were exceptional warriors. It is true that Ultima's unprecedented technique needed a day to be satisfactorily absorbed, which impressed her at first, and she seemed to like it more, showing that they succeeded. It was a fight as incredible as it was possible to imagine, in the midst of the cuts of their swords the three fought as if nothing else mattered, after great leaps and so much skill all that could be accompanied were the sparks of their blades when they collided. Although she was fighting two enemies who understood her technique, the great warrior did not retreat, on the contrary, she was able to keep the fight under her control so calmly, as if she had only two small bales to carry, the fight went on when it was suddenly interrupted by a very strong wind, and a voice: - These are the men you mentioned Ultima? – asked a man walking toward them, calmly. - Yes brother. – said Ultima. – I only questioned them about their journeys through these lands, and I was molested in the most despicable way possible. And in reacting they challenged me with arrogance, for they are powerful. - It's not common to find simple people as powerful as you described, and I hate lack of education. - Hey, what is this story?! – Solphie asked in the distance, but could not be heard. – What a f*****g lie! This looks like... this woman's joke! - Forgive my lack of manners. I am Omega, Ultima's older brother.     Omega simply pointed at Sumith, as if he were choosing him, while Ultima fixed his gaze on Thorgele. - You are a lucky man, boy... from the strange eyes... – said Omega, but to Thorgele, after looking at him for a moment. – My sister picked you for prey, and when she does that she can not think of anything else until that prey is down, she did not even sleep last night, sometimes she becomes a little obsessed. Maybe this is a little exaggeration, but that is just how she is. So you are lucky.     Omega was a fair-skinned man as well as his sister, but with black eyes, his hair was also black, but short, wore dress similar to hers as an identical sword, perhaps twins, despite showing a tranquility unusual, Omega exuded an immense power, superior to the Ultima!     The new battle began at the same time for both, Ultima against Thorgele and Omega against Sumith. Impressive as before, moves and blows, attacks and counterattacks, the brothers abilities were so great that they involved the eyes of those who watched. Sumith and Thorgele simply could not find a loophole to try their unique techniques, only speed and skill until then. - Very good, boy. – said Omega to Sumith. – But enough of a joke, you can die.     Omega showed his true power after being surrounded by a golden glow, he fired a magnificent beam of gold, Sumith, as a cunning warrior, understood that such power was nothing like anything he had ever seen or heard, just as it was impossible to survive, there was only one thing to be done, the last resort. Lieben's young man became the silver guardian, now in possession of his artifact he controlled the power perfectly, in this way managed to neutralize the great power of the enemy, despite this Omega was not frightened, perhaps a little curious, but maintained the same posture and coldness before the immense dragon. - I see you have worth, boy. – said the great warrior.     Sumith made the earth tremble and the dust rise, attacking Omega and forcing him to move away from Ultima and Thorgele, only after a great distance did he really attack, but it was no use because the enemy was too fast to be reached by a opponent so large, then the guardian punched the ground violently, opening a crater, forcing the enemy to make a great leap up, at this moment he concentrated his maximum power and launched it. The destructive power of the guardians always carried a very great mystery, except, of course, to the lords, many claimed to be the union of several elements, or perhaps all, which made great sense in justifying their absurd destruction, this being true, even if the guardian did not possess all the elements he could use them, but only transformed and in this way, thus being known as "the force that consumes everything". The sky, which was filled with clouds, was simply wiped over them with only the concentration of power, and the stars could be seen, but the great warrior only kept his sword, and with both hands resisted all that attack! In fact he showed an effort for this, but how was it possible for one, other than the lords, to endure that simply? - You really have worth, boy! – Now Omega took his adversary really seriously, and attacked in earnest.       At the same time Thorgele and Ultima faced each other without interference, and the shinobi was at a great disadvantage. The great warrior laughed as she pushed him with her speed, getting as close as possible until almost kissing him between attacks, Omega's words were correct, but the struggle went on and nobody could say how far it would go. - My brother is going to finish your little friend. – said Ultima as they fought. – I love those eyes of yours, especially when they stick to my. - You are very strange. – said Thorgele. - But my aim is your heart, it will be mine. I will tear it away and keep with me. - I am sorry, but my heart belongs to another woman. - So I will steal it from her. – And ending. – Ended!     It was at this moment that Ultima gave a great leap, and concentrating on a beautiful golden glow, identical to Omega, fired a beam of gold in the form of thunder. Her great power could be felt in the distance, and the night that was already falling was illuminated by its light, Thorgele raised a great ice shield, that was simply disintegrated by that first shot throwing him away, and the second would come stronger, the others manifested, Shayera drew her sword and fled in rush to help him in despair, and the shinobi saw his end approaching... but not yet! At the moment the sss was briefly running toward him, facing the final attack, Thorgele broke the seal of his greatest secret, "The Seal of the Swords". When the shinobi lifted Andriel to the skies, the sword was enveloped by thousands of white beams (Andurel also, which continued as sheath), now both were surrounded by white flames and their brilliance was blinding, he simply stocked the air toward the power of the enemy, and held it for a few seconds until it was erased! Ultima could feel an extraordinary force emanating from him, and for the first time she was afraid: - It seems that I have chosen... very well. – said the great warrior.     The strength and speed of the first attack of Thorgele were so surprising that Ultima barely managed to put herself in the defense, and the second threw her away. The seal of the swords freed nothing less than a legendary power, which fed his master even if they were separated from him, and this immense strength even reached the level of the guardians! According to the legend left by Cloud himself, its frequent use was strictly f*******n by the lords, for the danger of consuming life, taking months for the body to recover due to its intensity, could only be released by the master who reached the maximum level of the swords, and that even the first master had not attained it, so it was for the first time. By the dedication and perfection of Thorgele, how he discovered and attained was a secret that would probably never be revealed, nor should it, for something like this is only obtained by merit. The others stopped in astonishment, the shinobi and the great warrior were facing each other now, there were no different words or expressions on their faces, only the fighting spirit.     Omega attacked Sumith with dozens of golden beams, which shook the place as they exploded on the ground, and Lieben's young man escaped counterattacking with his flames and destructive power (this second always careful to shoot into the sky) when their powers clashed the earth trembled more, and the nearest towns and villages were shaken by the tremor. The waters of the Tantus River were violently shaken causing the mers of the river to rise to the surface in search of news, some ships were shipwrecked, but fortunately there were no fatalities, for they were saved by the people of the river. Omega thought he already had the fight dominated, and only surrounded the great dragon, which showed signs of weariness, but Sumith also possessed his greatest secret. The young man was enveloped by the light and returned to human form, but the irises and pupils disappeared from his eyes, they emanated an intense glow, which smoked remarkably, leaving traces with every movement made, power did not diminish at all and the dragon's own great shadow remained behind him, Sumith had the power of the guardian in the common form! The strength of the guardian itself was always considered almost divine, but the ability to use it outside the dragon form was the great ability hidden in the chosen ones of the lords, it is not known if the Lieben's young man was the first to reach it, but no doubt was the first to be seen thus, and an undeniable truth is that Sumith, managing to control his power a short time ago, already discovering his greatest secret so quickly, was more proof of the type of warrior he was: evolutionary and prodigy. But this was a very dangerous move, for the guardian's power was too "heavy" for his fragile body to endure, so they turned into dragons. He could only hold on for a short time (about ten minutes, and the same was true for Thorgele with the seal of the swords), to go beyond this would be fatal because he would be "crushed" by his own power, also could not use his extreme blast in this way, but his abilities and elements would be much more powerful. Now Omega was before an unquestionably dangerous rival, and his advantage had ended.     At the same time Thorgele and Ultima were in a fierce and highly balanced fight, the impact of their weapons crunched rocks and even fell trees, magnificent, and after some time fighting Ultima decided to end in that unforeseen fight. She took a leap as incredible as a flight, and concentrating firmly fired her golden beam with maximum power, Thorgele also concentrated his elements of ice, fire and thunder, and fired them with all his power, the shock of the powers was spooky, and so they remained for several seconds, at the end a great swirl of energy formed between them and exploded into the skies illuminating everything, from the Kingdom of Krantenion, Anarkandy, the Suur Tower and even in the Nargol Harbor was possible to see the great column of light, crossing the clouds and clearing the night sky with a bang. Many panicked and the scare was inevitably general, some even said that the guardians were fighting again. They put all their forces there in that dispute, and after all this Thorgele was totally exhausted, his swords returned to normal, and Ultima could not stand up any more.     Omega got scared when realizing that his sister collapsed: - Ultima?! - Your opponent is me! – said Sumith.     Now the real fight between the two would be decided. Although Omega was still worried about his sister, he could not turn his back on an opponent as dangerous as Sumith had become, and both invested against each other, making a great impact, the battle was now devastating. Lieben's young man showed all his fighting talent and Omega did not miss it, they spent almost a minute exchanging sword cuts in a frenzied speed, without interruption, at one point they entered a power struggle, and the Lieben's young man remembered his first fight with Thorgele. He threw Omega into the air and attacked him with a great sequence of sword-strokes, until he hit him with a head butt in the face followed by several kicks, and returned him to the ground with a more powerful kick. Impressively Omega rose and attacked Sumith in the same way, also throwing him to the ground, both were already panting, the great warrior did not imagine finding such powerful opponents and began to show that he was hesitating, the battle should no longer be decided in physical combat, only your powers could end this. Both of them concentrated all their forces, and in a great leap they met in the air firing their attacks, entering an unbelievable clash, the elements of fire and light of the guardian against the golden beam, as well as Thorgele and Ultima the whirlwind of energy created, but did not grow much, because it exploded quickly and the two were thrown farther up, and there they concentrated their forces on their fists for the last attack, using their own powers to gain impulse, as if they stepped miraculously in the air, they threw themselves towards each other. Both struck so violently that the impact of the blows could be felt on the ground, then they came to the ground like stones. Everyone was apprehensive of the result, but only Omega rose, though wounded and weakened, Sumith remained on the ground already without the shine and the shadow of the guardian, almost unconscious, defeated, because the great warrior was stronger than his sister. - You...? Who are you? – asked Omega. - I am... Sumith Maxlyeben... remember this... – said Sumith, the others did not know what was happening, for they were far away, but the young man was mortally wounded. - Why do ignorant men like you fight with such passion? – asked Omega. – What reasons do you have for this? - What you mean? You... have attacked us... for no reason... - ... – Omega was silent for a moment. – No one fights so hard for so little. It seems she was right. – The great warrior stood a few seconds longer, watching Sumith slowly lose consciousness, and suddenly ran toward the young man. Using his power strangely, the golden glow of Omega completely enveloped him, so he healed the inner wounds saving the life of Lieben's young man. - Why? – asked Sumith. - You did not think I would let you die like this, did you? – said Omega, then went quietly to his exhausted sister, looking at Thorgele unconscious on the floor, and to her who was watching him nodding positively. – You were really right. - Well, do you think I would do something like that for no reason? – asked Ultima slightly smiling. - Of course I think so. You have never been trustworthy when it comes to this kind of thing. - ! - But like I said: this time you got it right.     Then Omega went to Thorgele and healed him too, no one could understand what was going on, until they were called to assist their two friends and finally hear the explanations: - I know it must be difficult to just accept this... but I apologize. – said Omega. – My sister has always been very immature and troublesome. - Troublesome? – asked Enghon. - But who are you anyway? – said Solphie. - We are what we are, we came from a world different from yours, that was consumed by battles like these. - From another... world? – John. - Yes, our world, Darkan, the light of Caírion. – Omega said as Ultima stood up.     Long ago, according to Omega, Darkan was a prosperous and powerful empire, its beings were naturally extraordinary compared to Tantus, this explained the strength of both, as well as the thirst for combat, also natural in the heart of the darkanians. They were born to become warriors, and even possessing a technology outside the imagination, which allowed them to travel to neighboring worlds, did not find rivals their height. One day the great king, Infinitus, father of Omega and Ultima, tried to change the nature of his world, but in vain. Oblivion, his bastard daughter so far in secret, did not accept the king's decision to extinguish the "flame of the battle" of the darkanians, and provoked a great war backed by those who wished the same as her: the fighting. And there were many, the civil war of such absurdly powerful beings escaped control, destroying Darkan, and Infinitus himself was assassinated by Oblivion, in front of his legitimate children, just before they were thrown into the emptiness of the universe, hoping to find a new home and fulfill the last wish of their father: life in peace... - We have been here for over fifty years. – said Omega. - “Years”? – asked Sumith, already recovered. - Sorry. Winters. – said Omega. – When we arrived here we still had the flame of the battle within us, which led us to face those great masters, for we tried to become kings here... - “Great masters”? – Sumith. - Those who came from the skies to stop us. - Did you face the lords?! - We were defeated, we finally found opponents more powerful than us. But even asking they refused to kill us, except for one certain... Zeijadel... - ! - But the others did not agree and spared us after hearing our story, they extended their hand and offered us this place, our home is beyond those mountains. – said Omega pointing northwest. – I saw in those masters the will of my father, of attaining peace, but my sister here. – said giving a slap on the back of Ultima's neck, she was only silent with a smile. – Eventually she gets me problems. She explored my patience to convince me to test your strength. - Uh... Well... a little action, like in the old days, is always appreciated. – said Ultima, closing her eyes with her tongue out, the most daunted face in the world. – And you are to blame too. - What? - You approved my arguments this time. Frankly, Omega, in the biggest face washed, you believe easy in any small talk... - Of course yes... – said Omega. - So all this was... a joke? – asked Thorgele. - Well... See this as a kindness. Hehehehe... – laughed Ultima scratching her head, shortly before receiving another slap at the nape of the neck, from Omega. - I do not even know what to think... – All said at the same time extremely without action, and this time was hilarious. - Not only do I have the power to destroy, but also to save lives, soon you will regain your strength and return to normal. – said Omega. – And once again forgive us, for the actions of this stupid child here. – pointing to his sister. - But she is no a child compared to me. – said Iris. – How old are you? - That i***t is one hundred and fifty-one years old... I mean, winters. Well... not counting the time in hibernation in the capsule... – He was speaking in a low voice. – She still have adolescent mind, this explains her hollow head. - What???!!! – All at the same time. - And you, Omega? – Thorgele curious. - Two hundred and one. - !!!!!! - ... - ... – And after looking to each other for a few seconds (including Omega and Ultima). - Hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha... - You tantanians have a shorter longevity, had forgotten. – Omega. – Hahahahahahahahahahaha... – Everyone laughed, but it was not a thoughtful reaction, it just came out suddenly, and words to describe it, there seemed to be no more.     They were not tartars, moghrans or any other, much less dragons. Darkanians, mortal people, but as gods in their interior, extraordinary, which led them to think about their extinct world, how magnificent it must have been and how many mysteries. Their level of combat was so superior that it completely ignored the laws of nature, jumped and moved as if there were no gravity to limit them, or as if they owned it, this superiority was only known in the lords, but perhaps more impressive been Sumith and Thorgele, two simple men who were able to get so close to this level, Arkan was right. Although it was not easy to believe in that story, but was enough to look at Omega and Ultima to consider changing their minds, if they were so incredible at that point, and if they had a hidden existence, it could not last forever, something said that they would meet again, not for immaturity, though dangerous in their excitement, but for their honest hearts in spite of everything. Anyway hammering the head over it became unnecessary, there being no more to do about doubts or curiosities the group and the two great warriors understood each other, and clarified the prank of Ultima. - I do not know about you, but I am hungry. – said Thorgele. - This was the best idea of the day. – said John.     They ended up sitting down and having a meal right there with the two guests, in an outcome that no one could guess. It was hard to believe, but after many other conversations and exchanges of knowledge it seemed no longer that there had been a titanic battle in that place, worthy of the lords! Ultima later apologized, she was sincere, but showed a cynical face of mischievous. The group decided to continue traveling to make up for lost time, after mentioning it to their two newest friends, as they were trustworthy, and said goodbye: - Your matters must be very important, I know that you will succeed. – said Omega. - Thank you. – thanked Sumith. And before they leave: - Hey Sumith, Thorgele. – said Omega. – You are the best I have seen. - No more than you. – said Thorgele. - Do not be discouraged. You are. Whoever your enemies, they will fall. – Sumith and Thorgele thanked. - Hey, Thorgele. – said Ultima. – To the next. – And the shinobi just smiled shaking his head as Shayera stepped between them and looked at Ultima with fire in her eyes. - I do not really like this woman... – said the sss to the shinobi. - Let's go. – Thorgele said, pulling her by the hand. - This woman, Shayera... I see... Lucky. Huhuhu. – Ultima for herself, shortly before receive another slap on the back of her neck, from Omega. - Ouch! That is enough, right?! - Is it your fault, you did not ask to be convincing? But say, why did you insist on this scenario? – asked Omega. - As you may remember I inherited our mother's power of perception. – said Ultima. – But this also reinforces my intuition. - So? - There is something about these two, something that may be very important in the future. - Have you become a prophet now? - And then I am ignorant... - You are not ignorant, you are just crazy. - Your emotional side looks like smoke, does not it? Just blow and it disappears. - Huhuhu... Considering your habits, anyone would say that you have done all this purposely. - Of course it was purposely! Omega... Do not make me slap you! - But it was dangerous. I did not expect it all. - Me neither. But tell the truth, you also liked the fight! – She said, pointing and grinning cynically. - Ah... Shut up. - Thorgele... – said shortly before laughing at Omega, and returning towards their house still talking about it. – The food was good, was not it? - Yes, it was.     The group continued traveling, relieved and still surprised, Sumith looked at Thorgele more surprised still: - I thought I was going to die. – said Sumith. - I thought I was already dead. – said Thorgele. - ... - ... - “The legend of the seal of the swords”. You are a box of surprises, are not you? – said Sumith. - What about you? Dragon man... – said Thorgele. - Hahahahahahahahaha... - Hahahahahahahahaha...     The two fell back in laughter, and Sumith pulled Thorgele by the neck while untied his hair, this just before Shayera passed and slap the back of both nape, like Omega, making everyone laugh too, a mixture of joy and relief from the bonfire they had just jumped, so were Sumith and Thorgele, best friends, warriors and mighty. Iris, who was the one who least talked and was quieter, approached Sumith after: - Sumith. – said the young woman. – Glad you are okay. – said shrilly, ashamed. - Glad that YOU are well, Megami. – said Sumith. - Megami??? - Did not you know? Iris translates Megami in the old language. - Really? - Of course. – Actually, this was not the translation. - But I still prefer Iris. - I know. – said Sumith shortly before being embraced by her warmly. - And those two? – asked the young woman looking back as the group moved away. - Omega and Ultima. If this was just a joke, I do not want to imagine when it is serious... And when they approached the group again, they only saw John's cynical smile for both of them: - Two lovebirds... - !!! – Iris turned redder than a strawberry.     After some time of travel they arrived at the harbor in the Tantus River in the middle of the night, where they rested finally until the following day.
