Marina sat at the table where everyone was having breakfast at. Adrianna was having a cheerful conversation with Valerie's parents while Declan was listening in and here on and off he would say something. Valerie was quiet and lost in her thoughts while Daniel was eating and just focused on himself. She looked at Valerie who was eating little bites of her breakfast and leaned her one side of her face on her hand.
She didn't wanted to ask in front everyone whether she was okay, Valerie's parents would immediately become worried about her all over again. "Valerie, do you want some more toast?" Marina asked to get her attention. She quickly straightened herself up and obviously looked lost. She smiled and shook her head.
