- 34 Highway , Los Angeles , USA

- Flashback

When the lightning zone comes above the 34 Highway, there is only three people surrounded by the mutants below them. They are known as the most talented martial artists for this generation. The three of them are recruited by the FBI for their killing specialities.

The tall one with blue eyes is called Jay Nelson the one holding the 2nd rank in the current generation, the one with eyeglasses and is holding a spear is called Yu Yakima the current third in the generation. And the last one in the middle of the three, is a long haired boy with white eyes and black hair flowing down to His back. He is the strongest and the most powerful martial artist in the current generation, Xi Ming Li.

When the three of them noticed the big zone of lightning above them they are excited to find powerful people. Anthony just nodded to their direction and then with a sweep of His hands, He released a rain of ice shards. But the three male's are not injured yet the mutants surrounding them are all dead.

Anthony's fast precision and presence makes the three of them feel awe and reverence. With a smile, Anthony carefully brought the lightning zone to the 34 Highway's even ground.

When the three guys see Anthony's young face, they hurriedly bowed 90 degrees and responded with respect " Sir. This One is honored to meet with You. "

" Please be at ease, I'm far from the Three main Swords of the Martial Artist Alliance. " Anthony also respectfully bowed 90 degrees but the three of them understand propriety and they simply walked to the side to avoid Anthony's bow and they smile happily seeing a good master is in front of them.

" This one is the leader for the Three main Swords of the Martial Artist Alliance, Xi Ming Li. This one is surprised and in awe with Sir's actions. This one would love to serve Sir's needs! " Xi Ming Li bowed to the ground and the other three followed as well.

Anthony who have known this happily smiled, He walked down the lightning zone and the lightning barrier happily opened a door for Anthony's way. With ease He controlled the zone and the defense is still very strong.

When Anthony finally stepped in front of Li Ming Xi's head, Anthony just said " I know the three heroes respected the strong. But this one would love to have the three of You serve My brother Cain. "

Those words betrayed the three males feelings and they didn't stand up but keep on kneeling on the hard solid asphalt. Anthony's Mother who have been feeling safe finally have let Her guards down and She feels sorry for the three young males kneeling.

She walked to Anthony's side and said ,

" Anthony We need allies not enemies. Someone with a strong will and strong admiration to the strong will always grow stronger then His past self. "

Anthony could only helplessly nodded to His Mother and said " I was never planning to make enemies, it's just the situation isn't quite right yet. "

' Why should I accept My Ex Lover's lackey? They might have potential but it's in the future not now and with what they used for leveling up is People's life! It's a merciful situation that I am willing to accept them as Rainer's people. " Anthony thought inside His mind helplessly.

Helpless Anthony signals Cain who is beside Him with His eyes mentioning they must be keep in close watch. Cain who is finally free from all the political intrigue feels relaxed and the situation now makes Him remember of those days. Cain just nodded and lazily make His way to His Mother and whispered,

" My dear Mother, let Us not make rash decisions. Anthony have been experiencing Hell from His first life. We don't even know about those three and they might have a hand on Anthony's death. "

Anthony's Mother finally realized Her mistakes, She deeply frowned and went back to the car and She thought about the past that Anthony have to shoulder. She feels She is losing Her touch with the now calm and peaceful times.

" Do You notice this situation now Anthony? Even Rainer and Your Mother, and Me as well have lost Our personalities with the calm situation now. " Cain murmured softly beside Anthony. ' This situation is indeed bad, this is not the situation that I need to survive this despairing hellish current situation ' Anthony thought inside His head.

Anthony carefully looked to the people He have brought for the past two days. They have no worries for food, shelter. They all just need to appease and please Anthony and His family members and they can all live happily.

' Alright, now I understand why the old kings have many people under their ruling. They need a healthy competitive environment. ' Anthony decided inside His mind.

Inside the White House there is a big barricade outside at the lawn and many soldiers and special forces have lined up to help securing the White House and the people in it.

There is more then 100 tanks that have been deployed to protect the White House Building. There is a total of 2.000 people with capabilities to fight and operate weaponry guarding the White House Building.

Inside the White House there is the current President, His Wife and His two Children. There is also the Vice President by Himself, the Minister of Diplomatic Affairs and His three other family members, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and His five other family members, the State Secretary and Her two other family members, the Senate members amounted to five people without their families, the Ministry of Intelligence Bureau amounting to 20 people, the Minister of Defense and His three other family members and the Minister of State with His five other family members.

While their families are staying in on of the the White House Building's rooms the President, the Vice President, the State Secretary, the Senate Members and the Ministers are currently holding a meeting while the people from the Ministry of Intelligence about the current situation .

- Underground Bunker , White House Building , USA

In the bunker there is a round table that is seated with the President on the main seat and the other important and powerful people that is within the White House Building.

" What is the situation right now? Is the streets safe? " the President asked with His facial expression tired and stressed with the current situation abound.

" Mr. President, the satellite catches the whole world is experiencing the same situation as Ours. I believe this is a pandemic situation that is caused by one of the superpower nations. " the Minister of Defense shouted out and the other Ministers also places their own opinions and thoughts.

" I believe the thing We should do now is collecting evidence and searching for the perpetrator. " the Minister of Foreign Affairs mentioned which some of them agreed.

The bunker descended into chaos by the Ministers fighting each other and proclaiming their own thoughts and suggestions are the best.

" I don't believe this! When the world is in chaos and the order is in danger the Government is in a heated debate of who is right and who is wrong! " the President shouted with His hands banging on the round table.

Impatient from hearing the powerful people inside the bunker shouting with each other and being childish the President asked out,

" Intelligence Bureau! Tell Me, there must be some sort of powerful being's that have appeared from this pandemic! Is there any? "

The Intelligence Bureau spokeswoman look into the eyes of the President and the other powerful people before nodding and taking Her laptop. Showing the slides which have three People's pictures.

" This is the one We can see on the from the satellite about the happenings in the World. This three people are superior and powerful people who possess the strength to do what they want to do. " the spokeswoman said with a tinge of envy on Her eyes. When the President saw the power of the three people He warily and cautiously listened the report.

" The man on the left is called Jesse Barnett, He is an American Citizen with zero crime rate. Before this happened He is working at a prison as the Prison Guard. He is only out there saving people He needs He is an ambitious man. He's 26 years old now and His powers are Fire and Earth. " the spokeswoman said with indifference. The Ministers feels this man is someone they are all capable of recruiting. He is ambitious and if they can control that they can have the Man serving the State.

" This man is worth noting. What is His current capability? " the State Secretary pointed out the question others forget.

" He is capable to kill more then 100 A Level Mutants or 100 Beasts. In a single minute. " the spokeswoman said with admiration.

The other Ministers feels tremendous pressure on them with the current situation. The President and the other powerful people in the Bunker stayed silent, they are all weighing the decisions they should make from this information.

" Shall I continue? " the spokeswoman asked after a while. And the President finally nodded with a strange expression on His eyes. His eyes glinting with sadness of not being capable to hold much authority if the three People's on the picture wants His current position.

" The man on the right is called Crazy Doctor. He is 33 years old with a daughter age 11 years old. He is a former professor in the Massachusetts University. He is a capable and cautious man who doesn't really likes the political system and intrigues. His current capabilities are taking down 100 B Level Mutants or 200 Beasts in five minutes. He is not worth recruiting because He is too happy with His current territory. " the spokeswoman said with respect.

The President and the politicans nodded, they will need a lot more then wealth and fame to have Him serve them.

The Minister of Defense feeling a headache asks, " Why is the one in the middle have His/Her face covered? Is He an important Person too? "

The spokeswoman stopped talking for a moment and Her expression changes from admiration to fear.

After a few seconds She placed a clear picture for the one in question.

When the picture of the man is shown, they are shocked not only because they know of Him but because of His powerful capabilities.

" Is-is that what I am thinking about? " the Minister of Defense asked in a shocked expression. The President and other powerful people also feels shocked because they know who that Man is and the people besides Him called.

" This is the last powerful Man in the State. He is Anthony Estrada Vargas. Age 22 Years old. Having strengths that We can't really count for His powers are too strong. He is the Vargas's Family's Heir and the next special forces chief in the Los Angeles Department. He have three undetermined ladies from the Top 15 Family's in the State and His Mother have two adopted Children, Cain and Rainer. The FBI's current favorite Hacker and the Vice Minister of Defense. He is powerful enough to contain half a city. " the spokeswoman said with voice of disbelief and a concerned voice.

" The Vargas's Family's Heir??? " the President shockingly talked with a disbelieving voice. " The Vargas's Family Heir is capable to hold out half of the Nashville City. He is capable to hold out 1.000 B Level Mutants and Beasts in a single minute. " the spokeswoman said with fear in side Her eyes.

With fear on the President's expression, the other powerful people sitting on the round table also paled. All of them thinking about the things they have done that have offended the Vargas's Family's.

" We have categorized Him as a SSS Level Rank. Someone with a big potential, I believe from the recording of His fights He is family person. " the spokeswoman said with pale face.

" Alright, the people here needs to stop complaining and talking any single words about the Vargas's Family's person and family. " the President ordered.

" Yes Mr. President. " everyone agreed and respectfully glanced at the young man's powers.

- The White House Building , USA

When the powerful higher ups is still below the White House Building the east side gate was suddenly breached open by the mutants.

" Meatttt! There is meat here!!! " the mutants and beasts shouted while they all pounced on the fully geared soldiers.

" Delta 01, requesting for Backup! We need Backup!!! Back~Ahhhhhh! " the Captain in charge for the east side gate called for backup but before Him and His people could receive the designated backup forces, Him and His people was killed first.

The control room hearing those sounds of despair was in chaos, since the Underground Bunker is not available for everyone the control room is unable to act on the situation. The room in side the White House Building that is holding the family members of the powerful peoples are safely barricaded with elites but...

- Large Room , White House Building , USA

Inside the room the adult ladies and adult males have taken care of their children and family members food and toilet matters.

One of the boys who have been exhausted slowly approached the windows to look what is happening outside. Only to see the soldiers out side fighting with desperation seen on their eyes and facial expressions.

" Mother! Out-Outside!! " the boy's shout have awoken the other's senses and they all hurriedly walked to the windows and what they saw frightened them.

The highest ranking soldier that is designated to guard the room hurriedly ordered everyone " Everyone please step back from the window area! Now what We need to do is move to the middle are of the Whit House Building! "

With the order, everyone hurriedly packed their belongings and take their children and walked outside the room. But before they could walk to the middle area, they met with some mutants in the hallway area.

" Ahhhh! " one of the young ladies screamed before the soldier beside Her closed Her mouth , but it's far too late Her scream have already attracted the mutants to their area.

" Stupid! " a Lady beside the young girl scolded Her behavior. The soldiers hurriedly opened fire to the mutants way they opened a small area for the powerful people's family members to pass on first only to be shocked, when half of them have entered they hurriedly betrayed the others outside and closed the doors tight.

" What did You do?!? " the Captain shouted and shrieked those men out there is His comrades in arms, people He have fought with through life and death.

" You stupid i***t! This room can only hold a few people at most. Our rations is also only enought for less then 20 people! " one of the old ladies reminded and scolded but the Captain can only listlessly look at the closed door.

The Captain murmured " It's never mutants or beasts that scares Me. It's always been the Human Nature to leave all that is disposable and of no use to them. Then why should I protect You people?! " rage and hatred filled the Captain's eyes

The old lady just staggered backwards before the Captain who have taken out His gun to Her head.

" Stop! STOPPP! My Son will not let You go! " the old lady screamed on top of Her lungs attracting the mutants outside to head for the door to the room they are in side.

" Bang! " the sound of gun shot have permeated the air and the others have finally finished clamoring. The people left is all smart and people with schemes on their every steps.

- Underground Bunker , White House Building , USA

The people on the Bunker can see and hear the ruckus up stairs through the cctv cameras and the sound systems.

" s**t! They have break inside! Call the Vargas's Family's Chairwoman and tell Her We will offer anything for Our current safety measures! " the President furiously ordered out.

The subordinates anxiously followed the orders. They all called hurriedly called their relations in side the Vargas's Company or Group.

" Sir! I have successfully contacted Her! " the State Secretary said with happiness and smugness on His facial expression that shows off to the other peoples.

" Great Job! Now let Us wait will they give Us any feedbacks. " the President said with a calm facade while His knuckles have turned white.

" Alright Sir. " the people around Him answered with anxiety and fear on their eyes or facial expression.

Anthony's Mother who have eaten some dishes looked around Her, there is a chef and a private doctor Anthony have saved before for a convenient roadtrip.

" Anthony don't You think We have been to extravagant with Our supplies? We have all eaten more then We can eat, it's a waste too. " Anthony's Mother mentioned and when Anthony just grimaced She stopped speaking about food and provisions.

" Mother don't worry about food, I have collected quite a lot for everyone to eat three times a day for the next 4 months. And the more We all eat, the more We have Our strength compromised! So don't worry Mother. " Anthony comforted and He contentedly looked at His current teammates and His face is full of happiness.

" Brother! Don't be happy this fast. We have a long way to go You know? " Cain nudged Anthony's arms and He hurriedly run away before Anthony exploded.
