Blaze walked down the familiar path to school, the rhythmic thud of his footsteps on the pavement blending with the distant hum of the city waking up. His backpack, heavier than usual with textbooks and notes, shifted with each step. The morning had started with his usual workout and a thorough shower, and he felt a sense of discipline and readiness as he moved toward the school.
