His beta gladly threw me over his shoulder and carried me away.
"Let me down you monster!" I screamed and thrashed against him, but he didn't so much as budge.
That didn't stop me. I continued hitting his back with all the strength I could muster.
I heard him open a door and the next minute, I was thrown on a bed. I sat up instantly ready to take my chances with him but he was gone before I could blink.
I sighed in exasperation and screamed face down on the bed, then I sat up and looked around.
Ryker's room was surprisingly nice.
It had a king sized bed and an entire wall dedicated to cats. So much for being a big bad wolf.
Besides, since when did wolves become obssessed with cats??
