Asher walked to him and hugged him tightly. It's been years since he last saw his brother and he just couldn't control his emotions even with a patient staring at them.
Zoey was still in a daze trying to know where she knew Asher from and how it so happened that his brother saved her and brought her to the same hospital he works at. What a coincidence!
After having all his emotions pulled out, Asher pulled away and smiled at his brother who had a straight face and didn't seem happy to see him.
"Where have you been all these years? I have missed you so much, you know."
"Aren't you supposed to look at your patient first?"
That was when Asher realized he had a patient unattended to and she was Zoey Hall. He quickly went to her and lowered his head.
"I apologize for what just happened."
