When I wake up, I’m alone in bed with Liam. Cyra is nowhere to be found. Her scent is so faint that she’s probably not been here for hours.
My starts racing and I quickly get up, looking for my Omega, for my mate. I leave the bedroom and wander around the house until I find her in the living room, asleep on the couch, curled up with her phone next to her.
I smile as I kneel down next to the couch. I’m not sure the position she’s in is comfortable, but she looks more relaxed than I’ve seen her in a long time. I go back to the bedroom and find an extra blanket in some closets and bring it over to the living room, pulling it over her. She should probably try to sleep a little longer.
