I snuck a glimpse of Lucas. Seeing that he was only a few steps away, something urged me to talk to him. I needed to speak with him to let him know the date of our departure. That was surely easy to do, but my pride, taller than Mt. Everest, made it hard for me to approach him.
"Why are you joining me here instead of them?"
I was with Rome at lunch. Leela, Catelynn, and Lucas were at a different table. They were separated from us. Even after the catfights in the bathroom, we still had normal breaks and conversations.
