Chapter Twelve
A driver greeted Lily at the lobby of Laurel Med headquarters to take her to Brandon’s condo. After three interviews, she was drained, but in a good way. The company was truly amazing. Cutting-edge, innovative, and good to its employees. Although it was larger than ALK, Lily could imagine working for this company, comfortably fitting in.
As the bellman opened Brandon’s condo door, the sight of two dozen, long-stemmed red roses in a crystal vase on a coffee table greeted her immediately. Her mind instantly went back to Rome, when he’d sent her flowers. They were breathtaking.
