As Dean leaves the room, Faith and Joy glance at each other, then at the door Dean has just left from.
Joy wonders how the man entered the house; she didn't see anyone and she is sure Harold is also unaware of the mans presence.
Faith is surprised. Dean never teleports, but it looks like he is just from doing that. That is the only way to explain his sudden appearance in the bedroom. From the maid's reaction, she can tell that Dean has just appeared in the house.

"This is one of the spare rooms. Please tell me if you do not like it, I will show you more rooms.
