I agreed, saying, “I’ll skin him alive and use his coat as a rug in front of my fireplace.”
I have been impressed with Jasper and how he’s handled all the rogue sightings, fighting, and overall leadership. The boy has grown up in the last couple of years and has used everything he has learned from his travels. He might make a good king when his time comes.
“Teri?” I said through the link, “Is Adalynn still with you?”
“Yes, Buddy. Everyone is in the safe room under the packhouse. Warrior Donna and Warrior Emil are with her and Dakota in the main room. Why?” she asked.
“Good. Where are you?”
