Damon comes running into the house, “We’ve found her, Alpha!” He smiles.
“What? Where? Tell me everything.” I jumped up from the kitchen table. Nero has been pouting lately, but he jumps up excited to finally have word about where she is.
“A glass of water, Jasmine.” He orders as he sits at the table.
“She was in the palace the whole time. She was spotted leaving the palace with the Queen and her Mom visiting some dress shop.” He takes a drink of water as I huff because I want him to keep talking. ‘Bastard,’ Nero smarted.
He smiled while taking another breath. “You better start talking before I knock you on your ass.” I growled.
