As Damon walked into the room, he acted like Alan. He wasn’t gone nearly as long, but I never heard him scream. When I looked at him, he smiled and sat on the couch. He looked at Alan and said, “Sable said we should go back and rest. We have a big day tomorrow.”
To my surprise, Alan just nodded and stood up. “Are you ready?” he asked, and Damon nodded. Just then, Sable walked into the room with a small frown across her face.
