I regretted everything that I did after facing Edward's rejection. How I wish he never found out about my vendetta. Going to the police seemed like a good idea at that time but right now, it feels like the worst mistake I ever made.
I can't leave him to resolve the problem because I need to find more evidence. This was really confusing.
Edward stormed past me. I tried my best to stop him but he totally ignored me.
After he left the house, an idea struck me.
How about I go look for new evidence this time that he is not in. Once I find it, I will go to another police station and report him. This time round, I will not choose him over my dad. I did that in the past but it came to bite me in the ass.
Without wasting time, I rushed to his office.
