We walked down to the river. There was a path, others have walked down there before us, wanting to be closer to the water. The concrete walls towered over the grassy bank we stood on. The waves seemed to crash at our feet. I squatted down to touch them, but there was no water, the illusion fell apart as soon as I put a finger to it. I looked up, as if to ask her if she sees what I was trying to demonstrate. - It's not real. These are all constructed. - But they felt real. - From up there I'm sure they did. They are very believeable. I played with something as I spoke, and that was new.
