CHAPTER 14 KENDRA’s POV --> My hear is pounding, chest heaving. This is it. The moment everything comes crumbling. He leaned in closer, each moment my pulse hammered so hard I thought he could hear it. “Kendra…” he says grabbing one should “Sit down, please” he asks leading me to a nearby chair.
