All I could see was emptiness and darkness as I tried to hold on to the only good thought that I had and that's was my love for Blake
The love that was now a distant memory as so was my happiness, as the darkness held me tight in its hands
I wanted to fight but I had no strength left, I wanted to scream but I had no voice left, so I sit still internally praying for a miracle
A miracle that would set me free from this darkness
And then it happened, the light in the midst of the darkest, that light that gave me hope, hope to fight as I struggled to get up to the surface
Slowly the light was all I could see as I opened my eyes, blinking excessively as I struggled to find my composure amid this newfound light
