After finishing what felt like the longest class in the world, I waited outside the classroom for Elijah and Hunter, who were speaking with the teacher, and for Drake and Kenneth to come and find us. I was looking at the school dance poster on the wall. I was looking forward to it, I wanted to go, but I was still waiting for Drake to ask me to the dance. Does he actually know about it?
I heard someone clearing their throat next to me. I turned to see Tyson Banner. He was the class jock. He was good at literally every sport going. Next to my brother and Hunter, he was the next guy that every girl wanted to date, besides me. I smiled, “Are you alright, Tyson?”
